Hello Sergey, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Please note that KAYAK functions as a travel comparison website rather than a direct booking provider. While we assist travelers in searching and comparing options from various third-party travel providers, all reservations and customer services are managed directly by those providers. For any additional assistance, please reach out to our support team at www.KAYAk.com/support. To help us better understand and review your situation, kindly include the name of your provider, your booking reference number, and any relevant details. Thank you, Emma KAYAK

Hello Darlene, We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback on your experience. As a travel comparison site, KAYAK acts as a search tool rather than a booking agency. While we assist travelers in finding and comparing options from various third-party providers, all reservations and customer service are managed directly by those companies. If you haven't done so already, we recommend reaching out to the company you booked with for further support. You should find their contact details in the booking confirmation email they sent you. If you have already attempted to contact the booking provider and your inquiry is not resolved then please reach out to our support team by visiting: www.KAYAK.com/support include the provider name, booking reference number, and a few details about your situation. From there a support team member will be in touch. Kind regards, Emma KAYAK
