Terminating an account due to a violation of Kinsta Inc.’s Terms of Service (https://kinsta.com/legal/terms-service/) is always a last resort and is unrelated to the free trial. In every case, this step is preceded by communication from our team to clarify the relevant terms, outline any concerns, and work with the client toward a possible resolution.

We absolutely investigate every incident, provide post-mortems when we can, and work directly with affected customers to get issues resolved. Regarding escalation: for security and privacy reasons, we’re not able to share personal contact details for any individual, including our CEO, but we do have clear internal escalation paths, and we’re happy to walk through those with you. If you’re open to it, our team would love to connect with you for a chance to turn this around, or you can reply to your last ticket so we can revisit this with you, look at your specific case in detail, and make sure you get the answers you were looking for.
