I discovered Lacemade on Instagram and immediately fell in love with the aesthetic of their dresses, but so far my experience shopping with them has been rather disappointing.
I ordered from their website for the first time a couple weeks ago, but when it arrived last week, I unfortunately found out that, while the cardigan fit wonderfully, the dress I ordered was a size too small.
I didn't think this was a big deal. I filled out their return/exchange application on their website and sent an email just to make sure that my application would be noticed. But, aside from one email that informed me of information I had already read on their site, I have yet to receive any update on whether my application was approved, despite them saying it would only take 48 hours.
If I eventually receive a return response/refund, I'll update this low rating. But as it stands, this company is extremely slow on their responses and doesn't seem to stand by what they say on their site about returns and refunds.
EDIT: Still have not received a refund for the dress I returned. Be careful if you do choose to send an item back as you are unlikely to receive a refund for it and shipping is expensive.

Very difficult to deal with this company after making a purchase. They are non responsive. I only got half of my order but from their site it looks like they shipped everything. Their quality is very cheap, but I find the designs very beautiful. Too bad honestly.
Edit: These people are so incompetent its beyond me. After countless of emails and zero response, I was contacted via the website saying one of the dressed is out of stock and cant ship the rest of the order until they have that dress. I can also exchange it with another dress. I decided to repurchase the dress that was on stock with the hope it will arrive on time for my graduation. Mind that I purchased 3 dressed a month ahead and only one arrived. I contacted them to exchange my dresses, as the chat agent suggested. One day later, I got an email that my missing order has shipped after they saw my Trustpilot review. Zero communication through the email. Now I will end up with 2 of the same dresses, imagine that and I bet they are a nightmare for returns as well.

At first I loved their pieces and I've been a returning customer however as of recently I'm awaiting a order to be shipped for one month and there is no response from the live chat or their email. No way to even cancel your order and get a refund. I'm very upset because I liked their designs but I will not be returning
Edit: apparently this is the only way to get their attention so my order no is #178143 for which I'm inquiring. I also have another more recent purchase 181468 and I hope I don't have this same issue

I know every outfit I receive will be in prime condition. I have yet to get an order late or be disappointed from what I saw on the website v.s when I receive it. The details on maintaining each outfit have been very helpful for taking good care of my fits 😊
Lacemade makes me feel like a modern princess who traveled through time
Not sure why there are so many negative reviews but I have ordered four dresses and two skirts for myself (my engagement party and soon to be wedding actually) and for my friend who loves Lacemade too. I am very happy with my purchases and the dresses are designed so beautiful and are so unique. Truly makes me feel like a modern princess who traveled through time. Makes me feel confident when wearing Lacemade pieces.
Beautifully packaged with free gift and card. Postage wasn't too long considering it was coming from overseas. The Red Riding hood coat in red is stunning and looks exactly like it does on their website. Beautiful design, quality material and sizing on this was correct. I ordered small and I'm a 4-6 size UK. I have now ordered it in pink as I love it so much
I have ordered from lacemade several times now and I have always been very happy with my orders. They are a great quality for the price and they frequently have sales and deals. I also appreciate they have a plus size line, it is hard to find unique feminine clothing in larger sizes. My orders have always been packed well and delivered quickly as well.
I ordered the Glass Candy Corset Dress, and it’s honestly the nicest dress I’ve ever bought. The material feels high quality, and it’s incredibly flattering on. Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but it was absolutely worth the wait. The dress looks exactly like the photos, so gorgeous in person. I especially love the skirt fabric; it flows beautifully. The adjustable sleeves are a great touch too, letting you style it in different ways.

Lace Made has the most beautiful and unique dresses. I love that some dresses have a corset because it makes the dress that much more flattering! The material is quality and NOT cheap material. The price point makes it worth it! The style of this entire site is exactly my style with whimsical, victorian, coquette, classical but modern styles. I absolutely love Lace Made!!

I recently purchased the Starlight Castle Corset & skirt from Lacemade. I’m very pleased because it arrived earlier than I expected, within 6-8 weeks. As usual the garments are made of exquisite material & beautiful trims & laces. I LOVE corsets with jackets & this set doesn’t disappoint at all. The colors are creamy beige, soft lavender violets & threads of gold metallic. A true corset, this laces up the back, includes a privacy panel too. A15 out of 10! I would love it if Lacemade made many more of these.
I've ordered multiple LaceMade products. They're gorgeous and typically look exactly like the photos. The few times where items arrived with defects, customer service has either offered to replace it or give me a partial refund. Delivery for pre-orders can take some time, but personally the beauty of the dresses have been worth it for me.
