If I could give negative stars I would. I received 3 item and two of which were no where near what was advertised to me. I immediately told them asking to return them and get a refund. Site stated 60day worry free exchange or refund. It has been nothing but. My order was in July and it has no been 60days. They have been going around and around dragging out time. They offered me $9 to compensate me on items over $100 then came back and offered $15! Just now they finally send me an email saying I have to pay to return and item may get lost in return then they aren’t responsible. Pretty much making sure I cannot receive a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE.they false advertise the online product then take your money.

DO NOT ORDER from this store. The pictures are 180 degrees different than what you will receive. The quality is so bad that anything beige or white is so see through that your skin will be showing. The customer service will try to scam you to pay extra money for shipping new items and they would tell you to keep the old items that are unwearable. It is a FRAUD do not fall for this.

I really wish I read reviews before ordering. The items don't look anything like on website. Terrible colors. Terrible colors and it is NOT linen!!! Please dont waste your money. They have no return refund policy.
Badly cut clothes
Badly cut clothes, low quality, does not look anything like on the pictures. I ordered size S but the bust is much larger. Does not look good. I wanted to return the item, went through a email exchange with customer service, sent pictures as they asked but they refuse to give me a return address/label and stopped responding.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! Please avoid at all costs! They are complete scammers and sell fake, cheap knock offs. They will not refund and esky you to spend more of your own Money to send the rags back to them for a refund. Which is not guaranteed if it supposedly gets lost in transit. Which I find highly suspicious. And makes me think you will never get a refund as they will say they didn’t receive it! 😡
Has potential - But scammers
I would say their material is definitely not linen, ordered an item in June, size was all wrong and not to sure about the material. Asked for a refund twice no answer, when I finally got an answer was told to give 9dollas and they will send a bigger size.

Terrible company. I've been trying to return some dresses and get a refund for nearly 4 months now and they've stopped replying to my mails. I've now reported them to Trading Standards.

I would give zero stars. The quality is cheap rubbish. Nothing like the IG photos. Customer service is horrendous. Do not buy. I won’t make this mistake again. A complete waste of money. I wanted to return and get a full refund but they just offer a slight refund if you push. I will be giving the item to charity although I doubt anyone would want it.

The worst website ever , i ordered one set only as it’s a trial with this website. The worst experience, delivery too late Now i want to refund the set they don’t respond to my emails and when they do they offer me to send me another set and i pay more 😏😏😏😏 I neeeeed to refund it , is it that difficult 😣

AVOID AVOID AVOID. These are the real scammers you need to avoid. The items i ordered are totally different from what they looked like on Instagram, quality is so cheap and terrible and the sizes are totally wrong, top was too big and shorts too small. I have contacted them to return the items but they claimed that it would be too expensive for me to return the package and offered me a few dollars instead. That was the only time they replied to my emails. This was a terrible shopping experience for me, i wish i knew where to report them.
Purchased 2 sets of clothes from them…
Purchased 2 sets of clothes from them after a month of order. It turned out to be too small and the quality is so average. Hoping to be able to at least change the sizes, I tried to reach out by every ways that I could find them, never get a response. It’s like a ghost company. Stay away. They are absolutely terrible.

This is a scam and fake online shop. Dont be fooled with the large Instagram followers, they rip off the pictures of influencers from other stores (like Dissh and House of CB) and post them as if it’s their own. Don’t worry, this reputation is spreading and has reached a lot of people I know which are reporting the page on Instagram and other social accounts. :) What an absolutely horrible online shop and experience. I wanted to return the items because of the extremely bad and horrible quality (has nothing to do with the images and description on their website) and they wouldn’t reply to my emails. In short, it’s a scam shop and website. Once you purchase, ur stuck because your money id NOT coming back. They don’t have a customer service base, number, nor a location for where this store is meant to be based. Avoid at all costs all. They are Scammers
Goods never arrived and I question if they were sent
Goods never arrived, apparently their freight company said there was no where safe to leave the parcel. I gave them my work address which is on a main well known road on Auckland's North Shore, sent them a photo of the office that is manned 6 days a week. Apparently the goods were sent back to place of origin as they were unclaimed. On freight companies tracking site there was nowhere to contact them, no phone number and emails were not answered. I truly believe the goods were never even sent. After weeks of me hassling I managed to get a refund less 2 lots of freight charges. DON'T DO IT, THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS FOR SURE

I ordered the pants and top set. I never got a confirmation email and 2 months later i still have not received the item or a response. I have disputed with PayPal and waiting for my refund. Don't buy from this site, it's a scam
