I paid for many items which arrived but some items were not as described and I needed to exchange others for a different size. Despite their website saying they have efficient customer service and that they care about their customers experience, they do not reply within 24 hours and ignore you when you ask to return the items for a refund. They even tried to tell me to pay MORE to have an exchange. DO NOT USE.
This site is a scam. I paid $60 for a linen dress that arrived 6 weeks later and when it did, it was cheap, uneven and totally not as advertised. When I contacted them for a refund, they did not respond then I reached out via their instagram account and they blocked me. I currently have a dispute with Paypal for a refund. I will be creating new Instagram accounts to continue to reach out to them.
I advise you not to order anything from their website, the products are low/poor quality, nothing matches the pictures from their site. If you wanna return the products, no one will reply to your e-mail/request. I am very disappointed..
I got my items but none of them were the same model, sewing or fabric as the one I saw on the website. Furthermore, it looked very cheap , sizes were also not matching and it had some spots on the fabric. When I asked to return then back, they didnt respond to my email request for a week. When responded, they said:I have to pay customs fee and returning its not recommended and they will give me 8$ additional 😂8$?? Seriously?! I denied that and they stopped responding again. Still waiting after a week to see if they gonna accept the clothes back or just gonna ignore me forever 🤨this is not how a legit company works! Ignoring, selling cheap products, not matching the sizes. Just careful everyone!
DO NOT BUY from this website. Horrible customer service and very poor quality of materials. No return process and customer service does not reply.
Absolutely fool for spending £113 on this fraudulent business! Made the error of not checking trust pilot first. Yes there’s an email address and message option on website and Instagram, however they do not respond or read messages! Just continue to suck people in to buy items that may or may not exist! If tempted to buy, use a credit card so you can reclaim your monies if your order doesn’t arrive. I never received email confirmation which is what prompted me to reach out! Hopefully they get closed down!!
The products I purchased (2) were of a very low quality. I had to throw one of them in the bin, because customer service were not responsive. A white pants had a lining that was short and visible. Even with tailoring, the item could not be fixed. The vest couldnt stay in place as displayed in the pictures on their website. The fabric was of low quality. It was not linen at all, mainly spandax cotton blend.
Scammers , bought a dress for $74 and it doesn't fit . And I asked for return label. So they offered me $12 , just so I can keep it. lol. There is no name or phone number or anything.
Just terrible, I placed my order a week ago, received the confirmation email but can’t open the website anymore through that link to track my order, no response, I sent maybe 10 emails and messages through Instagram- no response. I issued a refund through PayPal but I have to wait a couple weeks first. Do not shop from this place.
Worst customer service. First, I never received an order confirmation. Tried to contact the customer service multiple times without success. Finally, once I received my order (which I wasn’t expecting anymore), the quality is bad, the stitches, everything. Now I’m trying to return my order but nobody is replying to all of my emails. Have someone been able to return their order or talk to someone from this company?
Horrible! Do not buy from this place!! I ordered an outfit that was a pants and top set for $50. When it arrived it was way too small. The pants were more like capris that didn't even reach my ankles. The item is pictured and marketed as linen but it is not linen or was plastic feeling. I emailed the company and they took days to respond. They wanted pictures of the cloths and wanted more money to send me a bigger size. I had to email them like 5 times to get that response. Then I told them I just wanted a refund and to return the item and they have once again stopped responding. At this point I'm just going to call my cc company to deny the charge. Don't buy from these people, low quality, and terrible customer service and basically a waste of money and time.
I made a HUGE order. All the clothes that arrived were ridiculously massive on me despite me ordering the smallest sizes. One item was missing and instead I was sent a random item I didn't order. There are no returns process on the website. I have emailed them and they take days to reply each time. I was told to send pictures of the issue - why on earth do I need to send picture of every item of clothing if they were all BIG on me? Makes no sense. All I simply want to do is to return all of this and they are refusing to send return instructions. Please do not order from them. They are fake and a scam. I should have read reviews on here before making an order.
Bad experience. I ordered an item and I need to give back but they don’t answer at the emails and then they told me to keep the items and they are willing to pay me only 9 dollars with a payment by my side of 56. Ridiculous.
I bought a dress( the one they advertise on Instagram ) and it has dirty black spots all over the dress. The quality is not at all okey like I saw in the videos. Not worthy! Not buying again.
I received my order which was very poor quality . Another order I made before receipt of my first still hasn’t even arrived ( order number 00252387). I didn’t get a confirmation email for either of my orders and so have no paperwork to return them ! I recommend that you don’t order from them!

I placed an order, items sizes were smaller than anticipated. Emailed 3 times to return with NO response. VERY BAD!!!!! ALL the 1 star reviews are SPOT ON!!!! I just should've read reviews before I made my order, I will know better next time. What a SCAM!!!!
I wanted to return my items cause the sizing was all wrong for my body. They force you to speak to them on the first 14 days to action a return so I sent an email asking to return these. They tried to negotiate saying I would need to pay for the return so I might as well keep clothes that I would never wear for an incentive of 10$ when my order costed above 90$. When I highlighted how ludicrous that offer sounded and that I’d likely never order from them again if this was the best they could offer they have since ghosted me and have not actioned my return as requested and I’ll likely not receive my money back. This is a fraudulent company so don’t buy from them!
Fake shop. Don’t buy anything. When you want to cancel or return- no more answer. My recommendation if they also scammed you- let’s write comments on Instagram all the time - so other girls don’t buy by them. I also reported their profile in Instagram
