I will never buy from this company again. I received my order, and they said to keep the product, which was not true to size. It would cost me $15 to get another size, which I said was fine and I was also happy to send back the produce. After over 4 emails they never got in contact with me. Never again will I order online such a bad experience!!!
Terrible customer service!!!! It has been 10 days. I haven't received my parcel yet. I couldn't reach anyone. I want to file a complaint against them!!!! If anyone has faced a similar situation before, could you please help?
I should have read these reviews before buying. My items arrived and look absolutely terrible. Nothing like the pictures at all. One of the dresses is even sewed incorrectly. The other looks worse than a tea towel. I'm quite shocked as I spent a lot of money and not ONE piece is close to decent. I've contacted them for a refund, but after reading all of these reviews I am not hopeful. How can they get away with this?!?!
Horrible horrible company, I wish I could go back in time and never have placed my order. What arrived looked and felt nothing like how it was advertised, and when I tried to initiate a return, although I initially made contact with a representative, they stopped responding after my follow-up. My last 12 emails have gone unanswered. Unethical. Don’t waste your money.
DO NOT BUY any product!!!! There is no way back. I checked IG which is lots of followers and I also checked company Trustpilot which I saw terrible reviews but I didn’t believe it till it happened to me🤣. Customer service just disappeared and NO return. Quality is also bad compare to the price I paid(40€ up). So if you see all comments below here please rethink about buying their products.
Terrible return policy and terrible quality
Their size run small and there is no return or refunds. There is no customer service and they stop answering emails. On instagram they delete anything you comment under their posts and on the website you can't leave a review! One thing we can all do is to report their instagram page, if enough of us report it instagram will take their page down, and less people will be scammed by them.
Would give a zero rating if possible. Clothes ( 3 items ) clearly junk, not at all as described. It will cost me more to return to China than cost of clothes . My mistake - but is there no way to shut down this company ? IS THIS NOT ILLEGAL ?
Chinese scammers. They advertize their clothes as high quality, but it's actually overprized polyester garbage. Their return policy is: If you don't like the clothes we will give you 10 dollars to keep the clothes, or you can mail the clothes back to us at your own cost, which is about 40 euros from Germany to China. I have chosen to send the items back. My two returns have been stuck in Chinese customs for almost a month now, according to their tracking IDs. Since I paid with PayPal, I was able to contact their customer protection program and once I provided the tracking IDs of my returns, PayPal gave me a full refund, thank goodness! Never again will I buy anything off an Instagram ad. Definitely stay away from Linenstylish!
I really love the idea of the outfit, but they sent me the wrong size and won't take accountability for it. They sent me the size I ordered in the skirt, which fits quite well (size small). However, they sent me a top with the size tag cut off of it and it's definitely NOT a size small (probably an XL). It's so shady that they sent a top with the tag cut out. Like they KNEW they were sending the wrong size. I contacted customer service to alert them that they sent the wrong size and they were completely unhelpful. they first offered me $8. When I said that was not a good solution, they offered me $11 and would not do anything else. All I wanted was for them to send me the correct size shirt which I originally ordered. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! It's so sad because I liked this look of this outfit very much, but I will not order from them again due to the awful customer service.
Products did arrived packaged well but very Infetior products.. When attempting to contact customer service for returns, the email for customer service does not exist. Don't purchase from this company!
This company is a scam!!!! Their products are not linen. It comes from CHINA. Worst quality , worst customer service . They ignore you and don’t take any return
Awful experience. The materials are plastic and when you ask them to send them back they make you send the package in China, which costs a lot, much more than the value of the items. Don't buy from this store, it's a scam.
They are scammers.The clothes are junk.They keep threatening me that if I return the clothes to China they will get lost or seized by customs;finding an excuse to not give my 100$ refund.They offered 10$ (they keep 90$) so I don't return the clothes.DO NOT ORDER!
Ordered a dress but it didn’t fit properly. The website instructs you to contact customer service first before returning. I did so and explained I would like to return it because it was the wrong size and to please provide with return address. They said you can pay $20 for another size. I then said I wanted to return it and asked again for return address and they have not replied. Appalling service, do not order unless you are certain you have correct size. Useless and poor communication.
My worst experience ever with customer service. I still want to return my items and they don’t send me anything to do so. Don’t reply to my emails. Refunds policy doesn’t work.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I didn't receive my order, they told me I had to pay more money to have my order! I replied asking them to make a claim with the shipping company and send me a new order. I run an online shop so I am well aware this is easy to do and keeps the customer happy! They ignore my emails about it so I will go to the bank and claw my money bank that way. This is a scam!!!!
Clothes are ok - I would have bought from them again but I wanted to send two dresses back for another size and they refuse to give return information. It has taken me 10 days of emailing almost daily and they replied today that they will give me $10 to keep the items that I paid $80 for and not return them.
Clothing is very low quality and does not look as depicted. The sizes are not true either. I am currently trying to return but I have gotten no response from the company.
After reading these reviews I didn‘t expect much from my order. But I was pleasantly surprised. The two pieces that already arrived are quite good quality. The materials don‘t match the ones declared on the website, but they look very similar to the pictures. I would not buy again because I assume the working circumstances are not good and the high co2 emissions of the shipping from china. But I hope the third piece will arrive soon and surprise me like the others did.
