The WORST ever that I had come across! The quality standards team really need to visit the fraudulent company as they are defrauding people! What they advertise is false to what they deliver! They are cheating on innocent people and needs to be STOPPED People kindly note that the quality of what they send out does not marry what has been ordered and fighting for your money is worthless! I've spent over $150 on three items hoping that given the price the quality should be at least somewhat similar to what's displayed on photos. I've received completely different items that have nothing to do with what I was initially ordering. The fabric quality is very poor on all three needless to mention the items don't look remotely as what was displayed on the images it's just a completely different set of clothes will never buy from here again do not recommend it's a scam. You're better off buying the same stuff from AliExpress for fraction of the price...and at least you know what to expect.
THEY TOOK MY MONEY, delivered ONLY ONE ITEM OUT OF THREE AND NEVER GOT BACK TO ME THROUGH CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT, where I submitted a couple of emails. That is called theft. And the one piece that came is not linen. It is cheap plastic. Do not trust this company.

Need to send items back as cheaply made and way too big even though I measured myself before ordering. Not responding to emails and I have 14 days to send back. They even say they take the return postage out of your refund..... I don't think that's fair.. CAN SOMEONE RESPOND, I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I placed an order for a suit, expecting to receive the quality that has been highly advertised. However, I was disappointed to find that the product is of very poor quality. If I could rate with 0 stars, I would! No response to several emails to customer service. The jumpsuit was advertised as "linen" and is cheap polyester! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
No response re return/refund policy. Order did arrive but colour is different to images online
After placing an order they can't confirm delivery to an address which i know works.. then the team fail to respond to refund requests, don't waiste your money on this company it's a scam...
Very poor experience. I placed an order on April 8, and shortly after was informed that one item was out of stock. I responded immediately with alternatives, but after that, communication became inconsistent and eventually stopped altogether. Despite multiple follow-ups and clear time constraints on my side, the order was never shipped, no tracking was provided, and no refund was issued. As of today, the status still shows ‘waiting to be sent.’ This reflects a serious lack of reliability and customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from this store.
I can't even contact anyone to return my jumpsuit that does not zip or fit properly! Like all the other reviews, do not order from them!! Customer service is non existing.
Appalling customer service the jumpsuit I ordered is terrible quality. I am trying to send it back it was 49 dollars they are offering me 8 dollars saying I will be charged duty and postage. I am now going through PayPal as I rejected that offer but they will not respond do not deal with this company.
If I could give less than one star I would. Complete scam. Stealing money. I ordered back in February and it is April I have still not received my order and I have requested a refund multiple times and have not received that either. COMPLETE SCAM
Returns are impossible. But if you paid by CC, you can apply for a chargeback since the company does not answer, they will be considered a scam, and most likely the cc Company will refund you. If the purchase was made with a debit card, you can also try calling the bank. I hope this helps all of you guys who were deceived by this company.
This company is a scam and outright stealing of peoples money. Clothes were of incredibly poor quality. I was offered a refund for two unavailable items that I never recieved yet no refund was ever provided. I emailed multiple times with no response.
It would have been 0 if possible. It’s a scam. I ordered clothes which are poor quality and when trying to return there was no reply. No return was possible. It’s polyester only, quite far from advertised linen
Received the two pieces I ordered. Very poor quality & looked nothing like the photos. Beware!
