Awful. Clothes not like the pictures at all. Contacted them 3 times to return the clothes and not heard anything back. Do not order from them!!!!

It’s horrible experience
It’s horrible experience. From 7 dresses I ordered only 5 arrived, all of the dresses was M sizes but all of them different sizes so there is no standard in sizes. All the pictures with size issue was taken and sent by email to customer service of company. I requested return and refund but it’s ignored, they sending emails to choose something for same price of item which not arrived instead, about another dress which not arrived they ignoring. 5 dresses with horrible sizes they don’t let me refund or return . How to report this company? It’s insane . I’ll keep writing until I’ll get my money back and as well will report
just order shein instead
i dont wanna ramble on but stick to shein. at least when u receive something (beep) ur not disappointed cuz u didnt pay much for it. i bought their "best sellers" and they are so bad i can't wear them. no way. also .. it also took about a month to receive (ordered in 1 shot but delivery is in 2 so im actually still waiting for 2 more items)

I am trying to reach your customer service from Tuesday January 16 2024 and to no avail! The Sophisticated long Red Wine dress I purchased came late for the function I wanted it for. And what make it worst it was so very big, sleeves long and the dress long like wise. Now I need to know how I can return it. And the refund back to my credit card. Thanks.

I was sceptical I was ever going to receive my first order but now 3 orders in I would rate this company highly. Orders arrived in Perth, Australia in less than 2 weeks. Print quality is high and colours vibrant. Fabric is not linen but it does state polyester in description and the quality is good. Style is a dupe of $800 line for $80. Happy and will purchase again
