My girl has attended LingoAce to learn Mandarin for a few years already. I like that it’s one to one session, and she gets to practice speaking mandarin. Overall, her Chinese language is considered strong for her p3 standards.
Worst Company Ever
Disappointing Experience with LingoAce – Poor Communication, Lack of Support, and No Payment I had high hopes when I started working with LingoAce, but unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. Despite being qualified and ready to teach, the company failed to provide me with a sufficient number of students. I spent weeks on standby with little to no support or guidance. When I decided to resign, I was shocked to find that there was no one available to formally process my resignation. Their internal systems seemed disorganized, and I was left in limbo without any acknowledgment from the company. Most concerning of all is that I still have not been paid for the time and effort I invested. Reaching out for answers has led nowhere — communication is either non-existent or evasive. I’m sharing this review to help other educators make informed decisions. LingoAce may appear professional on the surface, but in my experience, they lacked transparency, responsibility, and respect for their teachers.

Consultant a little pushy
My daughter had her trial lesson and thoroughly enjoyed it. She is extremely interested to continue. My consultant got in touch the very next day to discuss next steps, which is perfectly fine. He gave me all the information/prices etc. But I felt that he was too pushy in trying to get me to commit right away. I had already explained that I wish to have more time to think about which package to go with since it is an upfront payment (a lot in one go). 2 hours after we agreed, I was messaged again asking if I had made up my mind. This, I have to say is a bit of a put off.

My daughter likes the Chinese teacher. The teacher have good experience to motivate my daughter to learn. Teaching is lively. There is one downside, when something unexpected happens and the course needs to be cancelled or changed within two hours, there is no one to help coordinate it. I am disappointed with that. I hope that could be improved!
