the old consultant left the promotion never been given the new consultant never in touch with us. we just like the teacher

My daughter is taking this course and we are really very satisfied! The material is well done, the explanations are clear and she is learning with enthusiasm. She takes each lesson with pleasure and I already notice good progress. I signed up a trial class for my kid

I signed up a trial class for my kid. Someone called and set a date and time for the trial class. On that day, I received a few emails, sms and automatic phone call to remind me the trial class. However there is no instruction how to access to the class! I contacted the customer service and they had no idea and no reply from them. I managed to log-in into my account but there is no link found to access to the class! Such a bad service and wasted my time. No way I am going to sign up the class for my kid.

i have purchased 24 package (55 mins…

i have purchased 24 package (55 mins 1v1) chinese for my son. He enjoyed every class a lot. he attended 3 classes, so far, he loves to join every class, teacher really keep him always busy during the class. he has learned many new words, i can see him improve a lot after every class. My advisor William helped me a lot, without his patient explaining, i dont think i will be with Lingoace :). Thanks William.
