Overall a pleasant experience for my 4 year old to learn Chinese. The app works fine. We’ve had some glitches with make up classes but they try on their end to smooth things out.

The teachers are patient and professional, and the lessons are fun and interactive. We’ve seen improvements in their vocabulary, reading, and speaking confidence. They will harass you endlessly
I reached out to them a couple of months ago and made the mistake of giving them my number. I have been bombarded with marketing calls from them since that time, approximately once every few days. I keep telling them not to call, and then someone else calls on a different number. Even if they were an excellent product or good value (which I do not think they are), I would not go anywhere near them. Avoid at all costs.
