Hey Ethan I’m really sorry about the experience here. That's a fair frustration and we get why you canceled. With over 4,000 SKUs on our site, our inventory occasionally gets ahead of what's physically on the shelf, especially with paddle board paddles since we carry so many sizes and styles across different vendors. When that happens, our team tries to source it directly from the manufacturer so you still get the exact item you ordered, but that obviously adds time, and in this case too much time. You're right that the site should be clearer when something's not sitting in store, and that's on us. We're working on tightening that up so this doesn't catch folks off guard again. Appreciate you giving us a shot, and sorry it didn't work out this time.
