I ordered a paddle board paddle; I Waited over 3 days before calling for an order status update as the status had not moved from ordered. I was informed it wasn’t available at the store and they had to order it from somewhere in Oregon. I canceled the order because it wasn’t even being packed at that time and would take at least another 5 days to get it. The website didn’t mention anything about drop shipping and not having it in stock at the store.

I’m really sorry about the experience here. That's a fair frustration and we get why you canceled.
With over 4,000 SKUs on our site, our inventory occasionally gets ahead of what's physically on the shelf, especially with paddle board paddles since we carry so many sizes and styles across different vendors.
When that happens, our team tries to source it directly from the manufacturer so you still get the exact item you ordered, but that obviously adds time, and in this case too much time.
You're right that the site should be clearer when something's not sitting in store, and that's on us. We're working on tightening that up so this doesn't catch folks off guard again.

The Naish Mana crossover is great!! Sails with a wing very well, it’s a great all around board, I even caught some big smallmouth bass on it. Corey and liquid S&S have great advice and made sure the board shipped to me in two days.
They advertised parts without listing they were on back order, a week later, I learned this to be the case. Three weeks later, still nothing but holding the money already paid hostage. Not best practice.

I was looking for a universal joint for my old Minstrel Maui windsurfer and they had it! Great website and shipping was timely. I’m using my board again!
Web site and it was what my wife was looking for. The product needs to specify what kind and size battery though. I had to Google it and went and bought 2 for wich is around $450.
