I am giving 5 stars dispute some problems.

I am giving 5 stars but the order didn’t go an easy way. The description o the web was not accurate and misled me a bit. And now it comes the good part. The issue was solved in my favor without arguing. Problems always happen but if the merchant is willing to work with you, he is worth buying again from him. Definitely he will be the first choice for a next order.

Item arrived in good condition.

Item arrived in good condition and in a timely fashion. Everything was packed well enough and came with no damage to the item. Payment was slightly tricky because certain payment methods were not working on my default browser, Brave. I had to go to a different browser before making my purchase.

I want to give a huge thank you to liquidsurfandsail.com⁠ for helping me get the correct steering system for my Big Fish 108. After troubleshooting the issue, we figured out that I had the wrong 8-ball steering setup. Their team took the time to answer my questions, point me in the right direction, and make sure I got the correct parts. Thanks to their knowledge and customer service, I'll be back on the water soon instead of spending more time and money trying to fix the wrong problem. They don't know what they are doing.

I contacted company to make sure they had item in stock. Was told it would ship within 24 hrs of placing order. Placed order as soon as I was told that. What happened next was the order was canceled and I was given a credit on my card. Won't do business again!

Bad experience after purchase of an electric Jonny Boat motor.

I bought an Inboard Electric Motor for my Jonny Boat. The initial conversation I had with the sales representative was cordial, and friendly--LL Bean Friendly if you know what I mean. After I installed the motor and took it out for a spin, I had real trouble with the steering mechanism, resulting in a near capsize. I contacted the company and spoke to the salesperson again. I wanted my money back--no deal there. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and was told that my complaint would be transferred to the General Manager. I sent in the details of my problem, and a video which showed how difficult it was to turn the propeller. It's been weeks, and I haven't heard from the Manager. I called again and was told to contact the Manager by phone. I told the salesperson that I felt that it was up to him/her, to call me, since I had sent in the video and an explanation visual and written for him/her to see. I subsequently had to fix the problem myself. After weeks of waiting for a reply, the Manager finally called---too little, too late. I would hesitate to do any more business with Liquid Surf and Sail. Their follow-up, at least with me, was decidedly different after I purchased the motor.

It is clearly posted on our website that we cannot accept used unboxed items as returns.
