Ordered Fanatic paddleboard online paid $1,766.95. Was informed next day via email that board is no longer available. Asked for refund that day. Was told via email refund issued that same day. It’s been 8 days and still have not received a refund. Seller says Square is slow with refunds. Still waiting on refund for item that seller did not have in stock & cannot get another one anytime soon. Poor website management causing both of us a hassle.

Very helpful in providing details and advise, however this last product I ordered was incomplete and they still have not complete the order. I ordered the double header YakAttack paddle holder and it came without the strap and snap kit. They said they were going to send it a while back but I have not recieved it yet.

I was looking for the Feelfree lure tandem .I looked for the kayak all over North America but couldn’t find any One that would ship it to me , until I found your shop and Flex. He helped me through the customs and duty at the border and really made the whole process of getting this kayak to Canada easy. The kayak made its way to Vancouver island in perfect shape, not a scratch on it.Thank you very much ,anybody wanting a kayak should definitely buy it from these guys
