I had a great experience with ordering a kayak. I initially ordered one which ended up being on factory backorder and they contacted me right away informing me and also gave me other options of comparable kayaks in stock which I opted to do. Item was marked ready-to-ship for a week. After inquiry, I learned that they had had a stocking issue, and drop shipped directly from the supplier, but had not updated the tracking. Item arrived today exactly as described with the exact hardware I needed to mount my foil. I would shop here again.
