So I am disappointed with the way the cables glide. Me & my husband put 20 hours into this unscrewing bolts & making sure the cables are put in right but it still catches & we don’t know what else to fix. I laid almost $3K for this & was sooo looking forward to this home gym as I’m a personal trainer & this is for my clients. But I can’t use it yet because of how it gets stuck & doesn’t glide easy. I’d love for someone to get back to me to see how I can resolve this & then of course would love tk update my review to a 5 star if it ends up working the way it should !

I bought the F22 with the added selectorized weight tree. It seems like a great product until you start assembling and then using it. The Steel is extremely thin. I bought the lat pull down extensions and the metal bent in when i was attaching one side. The feel of the pulleys on the track are very cheap, and they squeak. The added cables do not give enough of a throw when you use them for lat pull downs, and they are poorly made.
The other thing that is annoying is all the locking pins that hang down on the attachments. With the keeper and the pin itself... they don't snap in smoothly. Overall its a poor design.
I tried to return the item and was told i would have to cover shipping which would be $300-$500. For over $2000 i spent on this rack and its attachments i was expecting a better product.

*update* since doing additional troubleshooting with replacement parts the Smith machine bar is still extremely unbalanced (much heavier on one side). This seems to be a well known issue as I've noticed comments about it in many forums. Here nor there it's not just a dislike its a safety concern. We emailed Major Fitness (which is always responded to outside of business hours because it is not stateside as the website makes it seem based on the hours posted) and we were asked 1. Why we want to return. First off, there is a 35 day no questions asked policy so it doesn't matter but to be frank the machine is unsafe. 2. We were offered a t shirt, free knee sleeves and a $50 discount on a $3,000 machine to keep it instead of return it. Based on that response the machine is already disassembled, back in the original crate and ready for a return packing slip. Never in a million years will a free t shirt and $50 discount remedy the number of hours troubleshooting a brand new machine that still doesn't work properly.
We got the rack almost a month ago and the smith machine part of it is not working properly. The left side of the bar is noticeably heavier than the right which isn't safe and we can't figure out what's wrong even with some replacement parts sent. It's really disappointing to spend so much on a rack and its not working properly and limited resources to fix it besides through emails.
