After spending thousands of dollars on the B17 rack and most of the available attachments, I realized after assembly that I didn’t need the spotter arms or the monolift. I contacted Major Fitness to return just those two unused items, with every intention of using the refund toward another attachment or even purchasing a weight set from them.
Instead of making the return process straightforward, I felt pressured into keeping the items. I was offered a $35 gift card as an alternative, which didn’t come close to the value of the equipment I no longer needed.
While their return policy technically allows returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. On large, heavy fitness equipment, that can be so expensive that returning an item is often impractical.
My advice is to think carefully before ordering from Major Fitness. If you change your mind after your purchase, you may find that returning items isn’t nearly as customer-friendly as you expected.

Product came in a timely fashion and packaged very well. The product works very well once weight stack bars are lubed up. The constant emails and texts after purchase are borderline harassment. I don’t want to buy more stuff at the moment when I do I know where to find you.

This equipment is as-advertised. I am very happy with my purchase. One word of caution: understand that the 2:1 ratio of the pulley system means that when you set the weight stack at 80 pounds, you are actually only moving 40 pounds. Which means the weight stacks may be inadequate for stronger people. I'm a late-50s dude and I have to put a couple dumbbells on top of the stack to get enough weight to do meaningful rows.

Product is well built except one of the cables does not pull as smooth as the other. I think the actual cable was sent with a kink in the line causing it to have resistance. Ive only had the machine for 3 weeks and im reduced to using one side. It could be just my machine and my experience only. But otherwise, shipping was fast, product is very solid.

I have made four separate purchases with Major Fitness, and all purchases showed up in a timely manner, correct parts, and all pieces went together with ease. The new leg holder is a little tight to connect to the front post, but it isn’t a problem beyond a little force to get it to lock on. Weight stacks and lat pulldown extenders work great and attached with ease. Very happy with all of my purchases from Major Fitness.

Absolutely amazing machine, not even for the price just amazing regardless. For the price it is ridiculous how good this machine is. I actually like the gym but I work 12’s so a home gym is best for those days I work. But this machine is so fluid and does everything a rack and pulley system can do at the gym, that now I just work out at home everyday. It’s amazing. It’s easily worth 3k but was half that price.
