At Lovehoney we have a fabulous returns policy, if a customer changes their mind and the item is unopened and unused the order can be returned for a full refund up to 30 days after purchase. If a customer opens or tries a product it can not be returned however because we want our customers to have the confidence to shop with us, if they find that an item is not suitable we will provide a voucher so the customer can choose another item under our 100 day pleasure guarantee. This is available on one item and not the whole order. In your review you admit that you opened the item. We are sure that anyone reading this review will be reassured to know that due to the nature of our products we do not restock returns that have been opened. We would also like to reassure any customers reading this review that while it is not always possible we will always do our best to solve a customers complaint to their satisfaction. However on this occasion we were not given that opportunity as a payment dispute was raised.
