I can see that the order has been delivered to the address that was entered on the order when this was placed. We do not change or enter addresses, so this was on the order when this was finalised. The address on the order is also shown on the confirmation and dispatch emails before the order is delivered. As per our returns policy, items cannot be returned for a refund once opened. The voucher was offered under our 100 Day Pleasure Guarantee policy, which allows you to return 1 item per order that has been opened and you are not satisfied with.
