Love it and so does the wife.
Love both toys I have bought for myself and the wife loves both toys I have bought for her as well. Each time the shipping was extremely quick when I thought it would be much longer. The long distance to just using them in the bedroom is awesome.

The max 2 is pretty good, app could be better.
The Max 2 is wonderful. Being a virgin who has only used basic masturbators, this is multiple steps up. The suction and vibrations are high quality compared to what I thought it would be. Like, I'm average or a little larger than the average in America (depending on what site you check) and the suction from the pre-made options felt amazing. My experience just barely edges into 4 starts. But, cleaning is a bit of a hassle and the pre-made settings all are medicore and always leave me either edged or simply wanting more. If you're into edging and orgasm denial, they are great. You can make your own with the app, but it's pretty tame compared to the options available. I have only used it once and will definitely be using it more often. Would be so much better with a partner where you both loved teasing, begging, pet play, and worship. As far as solo goes, it doesn't reach every itch. Also, be sure to read the instructions on use and cleaning.
Poor Quality Control and early failures on many devices.
My original purchase of Hush and Edge2 back in February 2021, and I was impressed with both units and they lasted quite a while, until the day the Hush wouldn't charge up. Lovense was contacted and they sent out a replacement. 2nd Hush last about 3 months and then wouldn't keep connected and turned off at odd intervals. 3rd Hush (replacement for 2nd Hush) had similar problems, and would loose bluetooth connection. It seems each replacement would have a shorter lifespan than the original purchase. Could this be the updated firmware on each replacement?. As to the Edge 2 which seemed to be the longer lasting of the 2 units, it too fell into fault mode. only staying on for a few mins and auto-turning off. never to be turned on again for at least an hour. Lovense replaced it but it lasted for about a week before breaking apart on the neck internally. now unusable. As it's over a year since my original purchase, my warranty has expired so I'm left with no useable toys.. and £240.00 out of pocket. While they work great when new, and do the most wonderful things for you, bear in mind that when these things fail, and they will, it's catastrophic failure.

Its a cool product but we keep losing wifi connection so it turnsoffin the middle of playing. We are still playing with it learning as we go.
So far, its been terrible...
This was my first time buying a toy online. My order arrived quickly and then wouldn't even charge. I have attempted to contact customer service, but you have to deal with customer service via email, which takes forever for anything to get resolved. So in the meantime I spent over a $100 for a broken toy I can't use, and can't get ahold of a person to get it resolved, instead I get to wait around for days waiting for an email to do the emailing back and fourth to see if they will replace this defective device I was sent in the first place.

Horrific experience
Horrific experience, PURCHASE WITH CAUTION!!!! I have been a loyal customer to lovense for nearly 2 years. I own almost all of lovense toys including the male toys purchased for my partner. They need to treat their loyal customer better, not only have I had to make warranty claims in the past due to faulty products (Lovense have admitted fault several times). I'm getting annoyed at receiving faulty products. I just ordered the new sex machine wich I will say is a lot of money to recieve a faulty power supply and again lovense have admitted it's faulty. When I purchased my new sex machine it's was express delivery. The replacement part, I was told in email it's being shipped from China and not a priority so I have to wait weeks to receive the battery pack. It's being shipped in snail mail. I'm FUMING with lovense. I actually want a refund as I have purchased a toy I can't use being a streamer I purposely wanted to be one of the first modle to get this machine, being a new product knowing I will earn my money back. By the time I receive the parts I need to get it working the novelty of it being a new toy will have worn off and it will be like any other toy lovense have to my fans. I'm nearly 800 bucks out of pocket. I want a refund immediately. I'm upset, annoyed and out of pocket and have had the sex machine a week already and still can't use it. Lovense up your game. I have back ups of the same toys as lovense is unreliable. I have spent 2000+ in total on lovensne to receive this kind of customer service. Test your products before u ship them. Unless you resolve my issue. I will post this to every social media site you have and will post in all cam model blogs and warn all cam models how you don’t care or prioritise your customers once you have taken the money out of your customers banks. I will reach out and warn as many people as I can unless you fix my issue ASAP!!!!!!!!

I love the app and ability to remote, but the fit is not customizable and is not offered in smaller sizes so it tends to fall out multiple times due to the length being longer than i am. that creates a need to readjust it often throughout the evening.

I ordered an ambi off the site and they gave me a FAKE tracking number one that can’t be reached or tracked I’ve tried talking to fedex about it and they refuse to help me as well, emailing lovense to no avail. DONT TRUST THE HYPE🙄 it’s not worth it, their fake deals on site $59 instead of 69 when really I have to pay for tax and shipping so it’s $67 close enough to 69 the customer service is TERRIBLE
