Received Max 2 and tried it out. For me the suction, vibrations, pulses are too weak, just stimulate me a little. Far from satisfaction. I may not use it again because it’s not worth the cleaning waste time.

It has its ups and downs

In the beginning of having the toy it was a great experience but after a while I started noticing that the toy will stop working then the antenna will malfunction where it won’t connect. If I was using it for a long time I felt like it made my vagina have a weird smell.

Didn't even fit

Paying as much as I did I expect to be able to actually use the thing. It didn't even fit. It's such an awkward shape and it's so uncomfortable. I feel like it also gave me a UTI.

I love the toys and having them controlled

I got multiple different toys, and ordered a few more for close "friends" i love them, and i love that i can control them and get controlled

Bad battery/charger

Hello, I just purchased the lush 3 For my wife. I am deployed and was really looking forward to having some long distance fun with her but we couldn’t because the item was faulty out of the box. It will not charge and is unusable.

Overall experience is great

Overall experience is great. I have the Lush 3 and the Nora. The Performance is great. I love how quickly it charges.The float mode gives you more freedom to explore other options. I would like to see more info on how to use it with long distance and thanks for the option to connect via Bluetooth.

not for me

Worst of all, it is way too tight/small. It is only a vibrator; there's no thrusting, no spin, no heat, no wall mount bracket. It's big & heavy. I understand the on/off/vibrate button, but dont understand any of the other controls. I will say that it's long! There are lower priced options out there.

Unchargeable

I haven’t been able to use it because the charger just doesn’t connect properly. Every time I put it on, the indicator light blinks for half a second before turning off again. I would like a refund or a replacement.

Hush 2

I ordered a Hush 2 which arrived very quickly and was well packaged. Unfortunately it gave up the ghost within 24 hours. I contacted Lovense, they told me to send a video of the defective unit, I did, they agreed it was defective. They sent me another, this too within an hour or so proved to be defective. Lovense asked for a video of the tow of them side by side showing they were defective, they agreed both were and offered to send me another toy of equivalent value. The only other thing of interest was a Hush which was £10 less expensive, so I said send me that and refund me the difference. No they said we can send it but not refund the difference. So I asked for a full refund of the cost of the defective toys. No they said we cannot do that, but we can supply the Hush and refund you the difference, I have all the emails to and fro they lied between one and the other. They really do not want to to refund for defective goods so beware. In the end I got a Hush and a refund of the difference but my oh my did they mess me around.

Yeah,nah, buzz all it might, it's just meh. It's just underwhelming.

Louder than expected

It’s powerful but much louder than I was expecting. I’ve read “whisper quiet” and “I hardly knew it was on” but without other noise I could hear it in another room.

Not bad but not the best

I got my Lush and it was fine, the vibrations were not as strong as I would like and the clit attachment does not rest properly. Overall it’s fine if you have another toy with it but on its own I could probably do better with my fingers

Buying the Calor

I bought the Calor and I must say I was disappointed. I didn't realize you had to plug it in to heat it up and that it was only going to be brief heat. The toy is really only as good as some of the cheap male toys I have had. I will not be spending that kind of money again on a toy!

I bought this item for my wife and she loves it but she Wishes the hush 2 came in a medium size because the large is huge and is hard For her to get use to. Also I wish the vibration was much stronger and had a motor that actually thrusted so I could give her a DP kind of sensation. Overall great device.

UPDATE: Customer service reached out within 24 hours and apologized for the mix up. They are immediately sending a replacement. They were very nice and helped me to resolve the issue expeditiously. The products are great and I will only buy them from Lovense. The one and only reason I gave them 4 stars is because you can’t talk to a real person. When people have concerns or complaints they want to talk to someone, not wait for an email. Other than that, I am satisfied and I will continue to use their products in the future. I recently ordered a product and when it was delivered it was the wrong order. Car parts actually. I have ordered products from Lovense before with the only issue being a long delivery time. This time it was shipped the same day I ordered it but I received a completely wrong order. Accidents happen but you can’t call customer service to inform them of the mistake. You can only email them and now I am waiting on a response. This review may change depending on how long it takes to resolve this issue.

Purchased the Lush 3 for my wife

Purchased the Lush 3 for my wife. We live long distance apart. The toy worked for about a week before it wanted to do firmware update. The toy will not complete the update without disconnecting from the bluetooth connection by itself. The update can’t be completed. Tried to contact company and could not find any customer support phone number. They only take contact thru email. Still no response or help. Poor customer support for a company who makes such a pricy product.

Doesn’t fit and not smooth

Doesn’t fit at all, the U shape cord needs to be shorter. The small tip hits about 1.5 inches above the clit. Also the plastic mold is not smooth. There is a sharp mold line from assembly. I feel like all the cost went into the iPhone app features since the overall product is a poor design.

Too small

Write off the bat. Seeing it in person immediately was a let down when I saw the sleeve. The whole thing might be 9.5in but the sleeve is under 8 inches. As someone who is well endowed. It was a waste of money. Never used. Mad I wasted my money.

I never received my order…

Didnt recieve full order

Bought toys that came as a pair, only got one in the mail, but they made sure they threw in a nice free solar power light up buuterfly windchime, doesnt make sense to make sure you throw something in for free, when you dont even get the order right, very expensive for products to not come in.
