Fun product. Realistic feel. It is a little noisy and that can be distracting.

Great products, greater customer service.

Their products are great quality, and their customer service even greater. If there's an issue with your purchase, even months later, they are quick to try to identify the issue, and offer you the best solution, even if that means sending you a replacement. I had been concerned that due to having bought something on sale, I wouldn't be eligible for a replacement, since that's how many other retailers operate. That was not the case! Customer service is quick and satisfactory, absolutely top tier 💖

It was a really good toy

It was a really good toy, I just wish it were more quiet. The suction is great and the thrusts are powerful. If it could go a little faster it'd be amazing but other than that it's PERFECT

Lush and Lush Mini Suck

Bought the lush (really excited). Too big, doesn't sit right even a little. The top that should touch the cl*t goes waaay over that spot. Pushing it deeper twists it more so it sits way off to one side. Wrestling with it for way too long and still cannot stay straight or hit any pleasure points without holding it in place with legs/hands. Email support - no refunds. Okay, yeah, I guess people could just lie. Understandable. So they offer me a discount on the mini, stating it tends to sit better for some people. Awesome, very grateful, I take it. Barely smaller. Same issues. Took photos and the size difference is so minor it hardly qualifies as a different device. Summarized complaints: 1) Poorly sized (no one's cl*t is that far up ain't no way and pushing it deeper neither helps nor feels good) 2) Weak (even when I held it where it should go, the sensation on any setting was just depressing) 3) Waste of money - no money back if unsatisfied or even a store credit for something else would have been nice (even though I do understand why this is not a thing) 4) Scammy - knowingly offering a discount on essentially the same item a customer just expressed hatred for is scammy when that customer is trusting customer service to make suggestions and offers that would remedy the situation not just do it again (should have done my own looking into it and will next time I purchase something like this) 5) Twists and refuses to stay untwisted even when positioned and repositioned multiple times according to instruction Over all, lame. :)

Thrilling

This item was truly wonderful. The sensations that this toy brought were amazing. It felt so good. My girlfriend several states away was controlling it and it felt so fantastic. We will get great use from this toy.

Fantastic!

The product is a great item at a great price. It does exactly as it was described in the online site. The Ridge is truly a wonderful addition to our collection. My girlfriend was able to use the app and control the Ridge from several states away. It gives a fantastic feeling!

edit: I generally like Love Sense but not anymore.

Edit: terrible communication, I get a reply on here to contact them again and after doing another online form I'm told that maybe I'll get the rest of my order at the end of may and that's it. That will be the last thing shiped to me cause I'm not coming back. Original: I generally like Love Sense, and I think they make pretty good products and keep a good attitude about it all. However, in my last order, there was a freebie that, after a month, still hasn't been shipped. Even though it's a freebie, it's part of the total compensation and the reason I spent more money with them in the first place. I'm pretty annoyed that they still haven't shipped it or they haven't shipped a replacement option at the same value. If you're going to offer a product that's a part of a major sale, you should make sure you have enough of the product to fulfill your expected order load.

Biggest issue is the sleeve has no back. For me that caused a first time problem as I poured lubricant down into it thinking it would stay in there. Instead it dripped down into the housing. Its probably my fault as I didnt check the sleeve before using it. Also other issue is the sleeve that came with it was so large in the inside. I am standard issue 7in with girth of 2.3in and I still was to small for it. Its a good toy, cant wait to try other items from this company.
