Software: MacXDVDRipper is super easy and cool to use. Really happy about the product. But I had an issue with it to rip 6 DVDs (out of 50) and the support offered me a licence to use VideoProc ... didn't get the difference between the 2. If VideoProc works better, why not replacing MacXDVDRipper by it??
Support: as written above, I had to contact the support for an issue. The support was super nice, interested in my issue, and very helpful. At the end, they offered me a solution. So very good!!
MacX DVD Ripper Pro is an excellent product. Very easy to use. It's been a blessing to me, as I transfer many years of family video to the computer. The customer service is great. I emailed a question, and had a helpful response within 24 hours. And that was on a weekend! Highly recommend.
Great product. Great customer service. Helpful. Useful. I highly recommend this. If you have a lot of DVDs and you wanna digitize them, MacX DVD Ripper Pro proves useful and worth the price.
After upgrading to Mac os11 I was having problems converting videos with VideoProc. The support team worked until they found a solution. Great support team.

Was miss understanding at the beginning. But ended up with a great results from a very helpful guy. The program is now working perfectly. The quality of the file after ripping the DVD is very wonderful.
