Wasn't fond of the fabric so I wanted to send it back. They argued with me about it over email because "sending it back just wouldn't be worth it" so they refunded only half of my money. Now I'm stuck with a crappy quality romper I don't want and I had to pay for it...Never again, China.

Poor quality nonrealistic return policy.
When my items arrived the clothes were of poor quality and have a chemical smell. So I wanted to return them. The company, which has offices in Utah, is China based and will only accept returns to their Chinese distribution center with returns at the customers expense. In summary nice website, poor Quality clothes with untenable return exchange policy for overseas purchasers.

Leider war die Ware aber nicht wie beschrieben: Die Knopfleiste ist nur Zierde und hat keinerlei Funktion. Der Hosenschlitz ist zugenäht. Der Reißverschluss ist nicht nutzbar, da er nur von innen bedient werden kann. Zwei der vier genieteten Bronze-Bundhaken sind defekt und lassen sich nicht schließen. Der Bund der Hose hält dadurch nicht zusammen. Noch enttäuschender als die mangelhafte Verarbeitung war der Kundensupport: Trotz mehrerer Mails und Beweismaterial in Form von Bildern und Video wurde der offensichtliche Defekt nicht anerkannt. Stattdessen wurde ich immer wieder um neue Videos gebeten – als müsste ich Regisseur spielen, um einen klar sichtbaren Mangel nachzuweisen. Das Ganze wirkt wie eine Hinhaltetaktik, anstatt ein Problem kundenfreundlich zu lösen. Am Ende blieb mir nur der Weg über PayPal-Käuferschutz. I ordered a canvas overall, which at first seemed promising – I really liked the cut and the quality of the fabric. The canvas is robust and comfortable, and the design itself would have been great. Unfortunately, the product was not as described: The button placket is purely decorative and has no function. The fly is sewn shut. The zipper cannot be used, as it only opens from the inside. Two of the four riveted bronze waistband hooks are defective and do not close, so the waistband cannot be held together. Even more disappointing than the poor workmanship was the customer support: Despite providing several emails and clear evidence in the form of photos and video, the obvious defect was not acknowledged. Instead, I was repeatedly asked to record new videos – as if I had to play director just to prove a clearly visible issue. This felt like a stalling tactic rather than a genuine attempt to solve a customer’s problem. In the end, I had no choice but to open a PayPal buyer protection case. Conclusion: Nice design idea, but poor execution and a customer service that does not take complaints seriously. Not recommended.
You pay your own returns to China
The clothes look very good and are of good quality. The customer services are on the ball replying to my email immediately but… And it’s a big but (!) if you want to return them, you have to return them to China. And pay for it. I have pointed out to them that they should put that on the website. Sadly, I won’t be buying from them.
Overalls with cheap inferior fasteners!
I purchased the overalls from here and the fasteners (4 off) would not fasten properly. I contacted the company and they told me to hit the fastener to bend the ‘spring’. I did this carefully and it immediately broke. These fasteners are very poor quality, cheap items. I am very disappointed with my purchase and would strongly recommend people do not buy from here.

HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE! I spent $400 on clothing from MadePants and 90% of it was JUNK. It took forever to receive my order, but as soon as I received it, I notified them of the problem. They offered a PORTION of a STORE CREDIT and said I could just keep the junk they sent me. I told them that I did not want to purchase more junk from them. They then told me I could send my order back for a partial credit but I would have to pay shipping...back to China. Do not order from MADEPANTS!!

My order didn’t come for over a month. When it got here, they were damp and moldy. They would not assist me, and told me if I wanted to send them back, that I had to pay for the shipping back to CHINA. It’s not my fault they are damp and moldy and a piece of shit product. I love the styles you carry! They are current and on trend! I’m just a little nervous about sizing as I have never ordered a garment with the actual measurements so I’m unsure how much extra room I need!
If you’re looking for actual overalls
If you’re looking for actual overalls, DO NOT BUY. Overalls are nothing like the photos. Photos show rugged thick canvas materials. They are a thin cotton khaki material. They are not “heavy duty” as described. The outer buttons are some sort of cheap plastic. They say the inseam is 30.5” but do not explain that includes the straps out at their longest. So if you’re 5’9” or taller these will be too short even though they say they are not made in Chinese sizes (which is where they are made). The buckles are a very cheap thin metal, one that’ll easily snap during any sort of labor. For $65 you could get heavy duty canvas overalls from a trusted source. Also returning is a nightmare. They ask questions and won’t provide an address to return them. They don’t provide a return address anywhere on their site and you must email them and ask them for the return address but they have not given it to me. It also costs money to send back to China. This is a common story here. Please listen to others and do not buy.
Terrible quality- photos on website are stolen from brands like Free People. One item I received was actually mildewed. Company makes it cost prohibitive to return. 100% do not recommend.

Cheap products and horrible customer service. I ordered a pair of overalls. The hardware was not only cheap but also defective--clasps wouldn't stay closed because the metal kept bending...and this was before I ever even stepped outside in them. Their solution was "find a tool and tap the metal until it bends back into place..." That (obviously) hasn't worked for more than another 30 seconds before the cheap metal just bent back out again. Total scam.
