The return policy is a scam

The item is ok. It had an odd fit so I decided to return it, I found their policy is that I had to email them, they wrote back asking me why I wanted to return it I told them. They wrote back asking for a photo. I sent a photo and they responded that I could return it…to China, even though the item was shipped from a local address. Don’t take a chance here.

Beware...online inventory not updated!

I found a jacket that appeared great from the photos online. I ordered it and the transaction went through. A few days later my order was canceled and refunded without any explanation from the company. I reached out and was advised it was out of stock. Very disappointed that this company fails to keep their current inventory up to date on their site. No plans to restock it and was told to "find another jacket."

Had to return an item as it was larger than advertised. No problems. Altho. It would have been better to have paid nothing. I kept the item and reordered with 80% off. So paid basically the shipping. I’ll give the larger one away I guess. All in all wasn’t the worst deal. So there’s that.

I love the overalls but the metal square connecter broke

I love the overalls and the overall dress…the material and design. I would have given a five star but sadly my green overalls that I’ve had a couple weeks, the metal square that you use to attach the shoulder strap broke off in the dryer. Trying to figure out a work around. I would recommend using the metal button attachment with all your overall designed clothing.

Size change deal

Ordered some overalls but when they arrived unfortunately found them way too small. Contacted the company and they suggested keeping the small size and offered 80% off a new size (rather than me paying each-way mail costs to Australia to return small pair and receive new pair which works out at about 20% anyway). Seems fair. I originally ordered L, have gone for XXL second time around to ensure enough room!

Don’t bother you won’t get what you ordered

I ordered two items and they sent an incorrect item. I went back and forth with them for days sending screenshots and photos. They sent me a screenshot showing a sku number that didn’t match any on the order I had and refused to correct it. The item they sent was cheaply made and unattractive as well. Scammy and gross.

Make returns nearly impossible…

They have made it extremely difficult to return an item. In their return policy they give an email address to send a return request, stating they will then give you an address to return the product. Six emails in, they just keep asking questions, and have yet to provide a return address. Very shady. I would never buy another product from them.

Cheap throw away garments.

Ordered 2 items from this company One item was decent quality and as described. The other item was NOT. They gave a partial refund but it really should have been a full one as the product was defective. Disappointed overall with my experience. Will not be a return customer. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

The lightweight construction of the pants and straps does not justify the $60 price. Shipping took three weeks.

Orders come from China and if you don't like them, you have to pay to send it back to China. Very risky. I bought a pair of pants and they were nothing like the picture. Easily 6+ inches too short. They refunded me 50% of my order so I now have a pair of pants I can't wear, but I got them half off. haha.

I get frustrated with the the two+ week…

I get frustrated with the the two+ week shipping time but I liked the two items quality. I didn’t like how one looked on me but loved the other.

The problem is if the item doesn't fit…

The problem is if the item doesn't fit or you don't like it, you have to pay to send it back internationally (China). This makes is cost prohibitive. I just got a pair of pants and they were so short. They offered refunding me 50% which I had to take. So, I got a pair of pants for 50% off that I'll never be able to wear.
