Dress great but wrong size!
The dress arrived but it was the wrong size. This proved to be an issue as it is really hard to return goods. Support were really upfront and good however, so the overall experience was not a bad one!

Great men’s pants! Only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because a couple things I bought had wonky sizing.

Item description was incorrect. When I received the item, I contacted them. They offered to give me 50% off on an order and I could keep the wrong item. Someone tell me that this is good customer service. Order at your own risk. I won't ever again.

When the size was too big, I was offered an 80% refund ( 'only have to pay for p +p and I could keep the article that didn't fit'.) The refund would happen after paying full price. They deducted the p +p, that's all. Not happy about it. Update: They have sorted it out and given me the refund.

Pop up “up to 50% off” failed to happen… expect to pay full price +++ Survey came 10 seconds after placing an order… totally inappropriate. It took 5 tries to get payment through on “pay” …wtf are you paying them to process your payments ?? Most sites happens in seconds. We’ll see if the product is made in china then give a final review. After all this… I’m expecting I’ll return whatever I get delivered. Signed: Not a fan of the mediocre.
