Well, I decided to buy a coat and when I attempted to use the discount code I was offered, it had disappeared as fast as it was sent. I’ve been shopping from their website for a long time now. I really like their products and they have great customer service too. I’ve had a couple of issues with sizes but it was rectified very smoothly by sending me the correct size at no extra cost. They did not make me return the original order with incorrect size either. I received my beautiful jacket from Manlytshirt yesterday and was very please with the high quality of the material. It was also received and exact color and fabric were as described on their website. My wife says it's the nicest jacket now in my wardrobe !!!! I was very skeptical about ordering a jacket like this online as I usually purchase an item like this only in a store where I can see it in person first hand. After this positive experience and knowing the quality and fabric are as good as more expensive high end clothing stores I will be ordering my second jacket soon.

Manly had a wonderful collection of attractive clothing to choose from. After selecting a few items, I received them in a timely manner. I loved one item in particular, a herringbone print winter coat. Even when addressing certain items that I wanted to return, Customer Service was responsive and came up with an acceptable solution to ensure I was satisfied as a customer. I would certainly be open to future purchases based on the selection of attractive items and overall good customer service, along with accommodating discount codes.

I took a chance and had placed an order with Manly right before Christmas for a couple sport coats and a pair of boots. I usually wear an XL so I ordered one in L and XL hoping to get one right and learn their sizing format. I just received the sport coats on the 10th of Jan. They were shipped straight from China so I understand the delayed shipping. The sizing is off a little. The L fits in the torso but tight in the arms. The xl is too long but fits in the shoulders and arms. After reading the google reviews I was very skeptical. But I am happy with the quality of the coats. If they fit better I would give them a 5 star. I deal with Stately, Stitch fix, Nordstrom Rack regularly. They all have their issues.

Hello, I have been buying items from Manlytshirt for a few years now with no issue. The quality of the apparel is fantastic and I get a lot of compliments asking where did I buy these. Although I would like to keep this to myself as my secret, I do share it. This order there was an issue BUT it was my mistake. I ordered the wrong size and asked them if they could exchange for me. They were prompt in responding and to my surprise they told me to keep the small vs the large I need, and share it with someone who doesn't own any Manlytshirt items and they will send me my size. Im sure they see in my past purchases I never order a small so Im grateful they took this approach. They are awesome!!

Prior to ordering my Jacket, I was unsure of my size. Contacted customer service which allayed all my fears saying that if it doesn't fit, I can return for a larger size very simply. As it turned out, once the Jacket was delivered, it was a bit small. I really loved the Jacket as the material was very good. Contacted Customer Service, they responded very quickly and asked if I could send my measurements! I sent them the information and they suggested which size Jacket I should wear. They then offered to ship that larger size immediately, no shipping cost! Great job Manly shirts!

Very good customer service. Aurora the rep at Manly was very helpful in organizing shipping for two jackets. I am in Toronto Canada so you have to be patient when it comes to delivery as these nice people are in China. I am excited to get these two cool jackets even if I have to wait weeks. The styles are very hip. Free shipping if you get over $99 USD so I got the second jacket. Soooo far, so good, thank you Aurora.
