Ordered a sweater to be delivered before Christmas and never received. Called the number but no one ever answered. Emailed them and they told me production was backed up. Requested refund and they just kept offering me discounts for FUTURE orders, which, of course I didn't want. About 20 emails were exchanged with the same response....discount for future orders.
Do not purchase anything from this scamming company!

I appreciate that I'm able to find clothes that are stylish and don't look like most of the clothes you'll find if your shopping at a mall. I'm very happy with the quality. One issue I did have was I ordered a jacket. I waited several months for it to arrive and it never did. When I contacted the company I was told that the item was out of stock. I had purchased it for an event I had coming up. Customer service was very apologetic and did help me get another jacket ordered and it was delivered in time so customer assistance was great. I just wish I was notified earlier that the item would not be available. There have been quite a few items I would have ordered, unfortunately the item was sold out in my size (Medium) before I could order it.

I ordered a jacket that ended up being to short in the arms and contacted support to return it exchange the item and they offered to let me order a new item quickly and easily. Their response was pretty quick and they resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I will say the products is made well and the presentation of how it is packaged is what you might expect if you ordered from a high end retailer!!

They take your money the second you order but don’t actually process or ship for a month. Nor will they give you a refund even though the order hasn’t shipped. Will not buy from them again!!!

Prices are great compared to your competitors been shopping online for about 10 years my only issue is I have to pay in usd and it would not give me the Canadian prices in Canadian dollars but when I item arrive I will give a better rating on the fit and quality of your items if all is good I will continue to order from your company L.
