Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Customers frequently experienced extremely slow shipping times, with many packages arriving late or missing entirely without proper tracking updates. Consumers also pointed out that the items received often looked completely different from the website pictures and felt cheaply made. People additionally struggled with complicated return procedures and encountered difficulties obtaining refunds for unsatisfactory purchases.
Some reviewers were happy with the stylish clothing selections, cozy fits, and helpful customer support interactions when solving size issues. Buyers mentioned that certain pieces offered great value, felt comfortable to wear, and featured durable fabrics.
Customer service response and direction very helpful.

Well ive had good customer service in the past when I needed help
The sizing does throw us off in North America cause it seems you always have to order 1 size larger...
Msybe that should be stated up front on your website

Well displayed items in categories. Excellent choices and sizes, although items something like men’s pants will be XL or L, but there is no size explanation to help select the correct person’s size. Styles are fabulous and prices very reasonable. Will return soon.

I love the merchandise offered. My only complaint that's keeping me from giving five stars is the shipping time.

My first order on here was only half delivered due to “out of stock” items and long waits for the next batch. Customer service was very adept at handling exchanges and were prompt with their responses. Great clothes! Great pricing and great customer service.. what more could you ask for!! 🙏🏼

Manlytshirt’s products are really good. Quality is good. Packaging is excellent! The only thing that I do not like is the shipping time and the fact that some things you order turn out to be out of stock. I think they should indicate that before they take your order and they really don’t tell you it’s out of stock until you complain about the shipping time.

After realising I ordered the wrong size for my partner, I immediately emailed and told them (within minutes). They promptly replied saying they will send the correct size.
Shipping was fast but they sent the wrong size. The item was pretty poor, particularly the zip which my partner struggled to do up, and commented that it would probably break after a week or so.
Then they promised a replacement jacket for the mistaken size saying to choose another jacket of the equivalent value and we will send it.
This is where the “fun” started. So far there have been 23** emails where i chose a new design, and every time they reply saying “out of stock” or “not available”even though the website says it is available.
On the last email I specifically asked them to send some of the designs that they actually have available to which they avoided the question and just sent me the generic website. I have wasted so much time (and money) on this now,
I feel they are deliberately wasting my time in the hopes I will just give up.
I look forward to the response.to this comment saying “we’re sorry, please email us with your order number”. The is what I’ve been doing for the past couple of weeks!!!
