Unprofessional and terrible experience
I have never left a review before for any product, so the fact I am even leaving one here shows how terrible this experience was. Very unprofessional. First off I didn't receive my order for almost a MONTH. It was to the point I completely forgot I made the order that is how bad it was. I ordered 2 CC Cream shades and one of them didn't work. I reached out asking for a refund following the steps that they have listed on their website and NO ONE EVER RESPONDED. I reached out multiple times and I know the email address I sent was correct, double checking on the website and also never receiving an "undeliverable" email back. Absolutely terrible. I reached out immediately after receiving the products to get a refund if there was such thing as a time limit to be able to respond, but they never responded so it's possible it passed but due to no fault of my own. Also, the CC Cream didn't appear as advertised and I didn't like the way it felt on my skin. The color that matched my skin tone was alright, but now I have a color that I will never be able to use and wasted my money. I never would have bought this product if I didn't know the company would be dishonest like they were and wouldn't give me my money back like they are falsely advertising they would. It's sad I have to give a star at all because my experience was a -10.

Order Marked Delivered to Wrong Address — No Response From Company I ordered the color-correcting tint on September 21. Approximately two weeks later, I received a notification stating that my package had been delivered. I immediately checked my front door, but there was no package. When I checked the tracking information, I discovered that the package had supposedly been delivered to a completely different street in my city, nowhere near my home. I emailed the company explaining that the package had not been delivered to my address and requested that they correct the issue and deliver my order to the proper address. I even included a screenshot showing where the package was supposedly delivered. I never received a response. Thankfully, my bank honored my dispute, and I was able to recover my money. However, the complete lack of customer service and accountability from this company is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Really bad customer service. Don't do business with this company. I was charged the shipping protection when (it was listed as optional) and I did not choose it. Then, I saw I was enrolled in a subscription that I did not choose since I was getting two tubes of mascara. The next shipment date is for 11/7 and I still haven't gotten the first order. I have written to them 3 times and nobody has gotten back to me. I will call my bank for a chargeback.

Low quality product, no customer service!!!
The glasses I received were cheap plastic with low quality bifocals inserted. They were not at all like the glasses that were advertised. I have written several emails asking to return them but I have not gotten any response.

Don’t buy Halloween decorations
I bought a couple of Halloween decorations I saw on Snapchat. I finally received them. They show decorations are almost the size of a small child. When you receive them they are 6-12” tall. What a scam!!! Never buying from them again. Should have remembered the Halloween advent calendar from 2025 that showed it almost 3’ tall. In reality it was 12”. Did not know they sold on Amazon and could have saved half of what I paid on their site. BEWARE!!
