Exactly as advertised

When I first got an ad for the dancing Pingu speaker, I wad sceptical. But the website and the whole ordering process where easily understandable and easy. I ordered 2 Pingu Speakers and they arrived after only 2 weeks in perfect condition. He looks exactly as promised, I am very happy with it!

Very cute and works exactly as advertised, I got mine delivered after a little over 2 weeks which is pretty fast imo. Very happy with the purchase, the packaging was very cute too, gave a whole unboxing experience!

Pingu is awesome

Pingu got shipped very quickly, and it was an experience. Little things like the Bluetooth name or the noot startup sound makes it even better. I love that lil thing

I've never heard of this website before but I was interested in the products. I saw the quality of the products, the website, and even saw reviews on YouTube referencing this website/brand. That made me really trust in what I'm buying is a quality item. I made my purchase and I am fully satisfied as my order came just as how I expected it. Great product.

Great product took a couple of weeks to arrive but that is what I expected and clear communication of the tracking process. The product is as described and good quality a must for any Pingu fan and good value for money.

Perfect product and customer service

First off the product is perfect. I bought the pingu fan and small pingu speaker and both were perfect and beautiful. I unfortunately lost the beautiful floatie tube that comes with the pingu fan and when I talked to customer service they were so kind and gracious! Best customer service I’ve talked to in a while!

NOT too good to be true

So I recently started getting advertisements for a Pingu-themed speaker on my instagram. Not only did it look cute, but it even moves it's head while it plays music. I thought it was super adorable, but was worried it was too good to be true, and after all just because you see ads for something doesn't make it legit. Now having received mine, I can honestly say it's a great value. The sound quality is a lot better than expected, and he's perfectly portable which makes him ideal to take to a party, friend's house, or on a trip. I love my new Pingu speaker, and hopefully you will too!

Products good so far, Not “expedited” shipping

I ordered 2 items with “expedited shipping”, but it didn’t say how long it would take to ship or deliver. They shipped separately for some reason, and one of them arrived three weeks later. The other one was marked delivered after two weeks, but it wasn’t in the mailroom. Then two days later I got an email saying I needed to contact their delivery team because of a delivery issue. When I emailed them, they were very prompt in responding but told me my shipping information was incomplete and to email them the address again, which is odd because the other package got delivered correctly. The second package hasn’t arrived yet but hoping it will soon.

I love the Pingu speaker

I love the Pingu speaker! Everything about the product I received was great and as advertised. The only issue is Martube's chosen delivery service. They don't usually deliver to the right address, and I had to spend my whole day hunting for my package, which my neighbor tried to steal.

FAV WATER BOTTLE EVER!!!!!!!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE WATER BOTTLE WITH MY WHOLE HEART 😭😭😭💖💖💖💖💖 I bring it everywhere especially when I'm doing brisk walks in the morning. Unfortunately the only problem I got was that it wasn't packaged securely. No bubble wraps or anything. So my package came in dented, even torn at the middle of the box a small bit. I was also planning to do a video about it to post on my socials, good thing I could hide the torn part of the box. But overall, I JUST REALLY LOVE THE BOTTLE AND SO HAPPY WITH IT💖💖💖💖💖💖💖

Pingu!!!

Product itself is great, no damage done to it, but the package did come a bit bent. Nothing major though. The shipping was slow and I ended up having to take a bit longer to have the package in my hands because the deliverer mistaked my neighbor’s house with mines, but otherwise good service. I got clarification as soon as I emailed the issue. The sound quality is pretty good and looks cute in my room! I’m happy with my purchase

The product came to me decently fast…

The product came to me decently fast and the box that the speaker came in was not really damaged. When the head bobs back and forth the movement is a little janky, but not anything bad! Im very pleased with the pingu speaker! It has good sound and I recommend!

Pingu Speaker

Speaker was cute! Sound is pretty good, and while I had to initially hook it up to a powerpoint using the USB cable, it does eventually charge up enough battery that it can be used disconnected from the USB cable. Took a little to figure out how to get the head to bop, but once that's all settled, it starts nodding just fine. Shipping was a little slow, but it does seem to be coming from overseas, so that is to be expected.
