Ordered the Pingu ccd from Martube. It was very cute camera that came with preset Pingu filters. When you turn on the camera it also has a surprise Pingu audio. Highly recommend buying this if you are a Pingu fan. Plus Martube has a bunch of other cute IP merch.
I didn't receive my order, and I'm extremely disappointed.
The carrier keeps telling me to wait, while Martube has stopped responding to my emails. I don't want to keep waiting anymore. The delivery driver falsely claimed that I signed for and received the package, which is simply not true.
This order was supposed to be a gift, and because of this situation, it completely ruined my plans.
After looking into it, I realized I'm not the first customer in France to experience this problem with this carrier's delivery drivers. If you're ordering from France, be aware that this may happen to you as well.
Despite my complaints, I still haven't received any meaningful assistance or a refund. I expected much better customer service and support when something goes wrong.
The gift arrived on time and my partner absolutely loved it! The speaker was high quality, even better than we thought and the gift package was grea value.
I was just too excited with all the Pingu products. I got the blind box mini-camera, and I got the summer version!!! It is just perfect. The quality is amazing, the drawings, the keychains… I take it with me everywhere since it’s just so small, and everyone goes crazy when I show it with how cute and useful it is. The fact that you can also make videos, it’s a 10/10. I think I will be getting one each month until i get the Pinga one!
