I am concerned as the Item was picked up but hasn't moved since it was ordered on May 22nd via Shop pay. I have emailed a couple times with no reply. I want this to be a great product
Still have not received product. According to Fed Ex it has been on the "truck" with a mechanical failure since april 2nd. It is 4/08/25 and no still at the Fed Ex Bell location. Probably "Lost" Or Stolen.
No response from the Co yet. No phone number only and email to "Contact Us". I would not recommend due to lack of response and ability to resolve an issue. I am requesting a refund.
I purchased the F2 a little over a year ago, which has the dual monitors attached by arms. A month or two after the warranty expired, one monitor stopped working. The VGA connection port on it is visibly loose, and new cables don't fix the problem. The same cable configuration attached to the working monitor work just fine. I was offered a $24.20 discount on a new purchase (20%), or $90.00 to ship out a refurb of the entire unit.
Here are my concerns:
1. The monitor should have worked for longer than 14 months
2. They should have a replacement option for the single monitor, not force me to spend $90.00 for the complete unit
3. My cheapest option was to buy the right hand single monitor setup, which does not connect to the original left hand arm of the one that was broken (I have it free standing rather than attached now). A $25.00 discount on that is way too little for a product that should have lasted longer.
A sturdy video port connection is crucial for portable monitors. I use this unit for work and while it gets packed up and moved frequently, it's used as intended on a stable desk with no unusual stressors.
For these reasons, I don't recommend the product and will be shopping for a more reliable set.
Great product with fast shipping and great follow-up on some technical questions. I would purchase from this company again. Soon, hopefully, I will purchase the next size up of double screens. If you want a great product and to be able to trust the company your are buying from - then MaxFree is the company you want…..
Ease of purchase, fast shipping and video tutorial for how to set up for different configurations made purchasing this set up a no-brainer. We bought two F2s, one for each of us.
It's a very good monitor setup for a laptop, but I have some small issues. The storage bag is very cheap it should be able to fully close/zip and should be padded. The cable should also be in a bag or case. Ideally, this should be travel ready.
I had an issue with the product I received and had a very good experience with the support team. Nancy did a wonderful job helping me and because of the exceptional customer service I have confidence in purchasing from the company again in the future. Thank you again!
Very happy with my triple monitor setup. Great quality and I like the way it folds up for travel. Support was amazing. I emailed my laptop specs to them prior to purchase and they helped confirm how it would work. I needed an extra cable since I don’t have a USB-C port and they mailed me one at no extra cost. I would recommend this company again and again.
Website was easy to navigate and informative. I liked the fact that I had several buying options depending on my needs and very reasonably priced and quality is excellent plus the carrying case was a nice free add on that other competitive companies offer for an additional charge. Would definitely buy as gifts for family that I know would benefit from this great product.
I wish 2 HDMI to C cords were included in stead of 1. But Since I was able to get the cord directly from the company, it made up for the inconvenience.
The only reason I am not giving 5 starts is the screen doesn’t quite latch in the top right so its a bit wonky. Such a shame as it works great and came promptly.
I had a problem with my monitor. They answered back quickly. There was a little bit of back and forth checking different things. When I asked for a refund or replacement, they made it very easy to get it done. They sent me a prepaid label to send it back. I received my new one and it works great.
