Unit broken on arrival.

Great Company and service.

The company went beyond what I expected. The product was great unfortunately my laptop wasn’t set up with the proper ports needed so I could only get one screen to work. I reached out to the company and right away they had a solution and sent me an additional cable I needed at no extra charge and I was able to make all the screens work properly. The customer service was great with quick responses and solutions. Product pricing and value are well worth every penny. I will definitely be referring more people to this company. Exceptional Service, keep up the great work.

Wow! These dual screens are incredible and work just like described!

HDMI

I'm experiencing some difficulty with the HDMI connection as the second screen isn't turning on or displaying anything. Having access to tech support for setup assistance would be really beneficial. Despite this issue, I am thoroughly impressed with this product and would give it a five-star rating. However, I do require help with establishing the HDMI connection for the second screen.

I recently purchased the Maxfree S2 14" triple monitor. It amazed me how simple it was to setup. The monitors fold up neatly into a case and there is also a pouch to store the cords provided. If you travel this is a game changer and makes working with spreadsheets or other material requiring extra monitors worth the purchase. 5 Stars!!!

They're customer service is lacking to…

They're customer service is lacking to say the least. You can only email them for help. My S2 triple monitor is not working and I've emailed them several times. They gave me some instructions that didn't resolve the problem and now they will not respond. I made the purchase through Amazon less than 2 months ago....I'm frustrated to say the least.

Easy to make purchase

Easy to make purchase. Quick to ship. The metal base and product feels good and I think was worth the investment. The monitors are great for productivity. The base can handle a single monitor if you don’t want to deploy the full setup. The monitor kick stands could use some improvements. The angle is too back for me. I will look into making a small block to give it the added height to give monitor a more upright angle. Not a priority for me as I will be using the base almost always. The block is more for when I want to share my monitor and allow someone else to have a good view angle. It came with a ton of cables, thank you for that. I was able to get both monitors running without issues. Overall 100% happy. Now we get to see how long they will last!
