I have had experience with a few of their products. Ordering was seamless. Item came in a timely manner
Replacement F2 monitor required
After purchasing an F2 Monitor in the beginning of 2025, a replacement was required during the Thanksgiving holiday. Considering it was the holiday season, they did not have any in stock at that time. Working with Nancy in support, she provided me with some additional options to select from, although I decided to wait for a new F2 monitor instead. When one became available during the middle of January 2026, Nancy notified me immediately and got the product shipped out to me within a day or two. She has been extremely helpful in dealing with the replacement insurance coverage and getting me the requested replacement product as soon as it was available. She has also kept in great communication with me during this whole process. From the initial steps of providing me information to try to troubleshoot my issue, to getting me a replacement, and then confirming that my replacement was working correctly and that I was having no issues, her assistance has been incredible. With Nancy on their support team, I will continue being a Maxfree customer forever. Thank you again Nancy, you are one of a kind!!
Great product, but support is slow AI
I ordered a MaxFree S2. Shipping took a while, but the product is great. After-sales support was also very responsive in sending me an extra cable when I asked for it. But they need to work on their pre-sales support. They don't share much documentation or specifications on their Web site, and every time you email support, a human in China uses AI (which they call Nancy) to answer you. That means you get the worst of both: The AI only has the answers in its model and may not understand your inquiry, but you have to wait 1-2 business days for that response, and the business hours may not align with yours. As a result, when I had compatibility questions, it took over a week of reciprocal emails to convince me that the product was even worth taking a chance on.
Great service
I had lost my HDMI to USB-C cable for my laptop display extender and contacted customer support for help. The service was excellent — they responded quickly and made the process very easy. I was able to purchase a replacement cable directly from them without any hassle. Great support experience!
Nancy was so helpful
Nancy was so helpful, kind, and extremely accommodating. I had my monitors for only a couple of weeks when one stopped working. She immediately jumped on my request and processed the return and shipment of the replacement very quickly. I felt as though I had made a new friend. Seriously, Nancy is an ideal customer service representative. I am grateful that she took on my case.
This little monitor is perfect for what I use it for.
This little monitor is perfect for what I needed it for. I'm using it for a MIP panel for MSFS 2020 and it was half the cost for the same size for one on amazon. I was able to 3D print a Vesa mount/stand for it and it has worked very well. For the price and quality, I would and will buy another. The only thing is the display cord could be a little longer, but thats fine, just add an adapter and a extra lenght hdmi cord and it works.

I purchased the MaxFree Triple Monitor over a year ago, so when I lost one of the connecting cables I expected to buy another. But when I contacted their support team to order it, they offered me a free cable! How neat is that?!! Prompt response and great service! I highly recommend this company!

I've been the owner of the Max free K3 for a little over a year now, and I've absolutely loved it. It has allowed me to continue my productivity on the go. No, matter where I'm at at a high level, integrating the keyboard into the second screen on top of that. Their service support has been top. Notch. Great support!
Got a triple screen for my girlfriend, once she opened the package we find out that the device needed another cable for it to work with an M2 chip MacBook Pro. We contacted support and Nancy was really helpful and sent us an H5 cable free of charge and it works perfectly!
I had an issue with one of the displays…
I had an issue with one of the displays not working and contacted support. They were very helpful in working thru the problem and identified I had been using an aftermarket HDMI cable (misplaced my original one) and they sent me a new HDMI cable. I installed the new cable and it worked perfectly. Maxfree’s customer support is second to none and I appreciate their professionalism, courtesy and follow thru in getting my S2 displays working as they should! Excellent product and superior support team! Highly recommended!!

MaxFree screens are great!
I love my MaxFree screens! The have made it so wasy to work away from the office! At first I had trouble setting up my screens, but supportxwas right there to help me out. I love my MaxFree screens!
