I LOVE IT!!!! I highly recommend it for the price it is awesome. Probably going to purchase another for my home office.

Cons: it’s HEAVY, I leave mine set up on my desk at office so I don’t mind weight. If you’re needing portability, I think they offer lighter models.
Initial setup is a little tricky if you don’t have 2 (Available) USBC PORTS. Mine has 2 USB-C ports, but one has to be used for power so I had to use my HDMI to connect the other monitor (which then requires any external USB-C power source NOT INCLUDED). Needless to say, that’s a lot to package up and setup again if you’re planning on traveling with it. But once you get it going it’s not too bad.
I purchased a triple laptop screen monitor and the right monitor wasn’t working. Emailed the customer support and they are very prompt in replying and gave me a step-by-step instructions on how to troubleshoot. With all those holidays during December I didn’t expect an on time reply but they did. That is an amazing job. Thank you so much. Also the product itself is in great quality, i love how portable or handy it is. Really works great with complete cables you needed.
Overall great product. I connected it to my laptop and it worked flawlessly. This will come in very handy when I'm traveling for business and need multiple screens so it's more like what I have when i'm home.
I never received the product. I’ve sent messages to both FedEx and your agency. I’ve circled with the Post Office, multiple times. I filed a claim with my back and received my money back. However, your agency charged my amount, again, for the product that I NEVER received.
one of the cable connector to the laptop is broken as I received it on the box. Sent them email, got e response asking for my order# etc. Reply them back with all the order# details and i haven't receive any response after that. so i don't know how good you are with the service. but more that 2 days no response email it's just not professional
Very poor service, the product never worked out of the box. The support although attentive was not able to fix the problem.
Drivers never worked, they were incompatible with my computer. The concept is excellent but technically not.
I sent to wrong address, within minutes i gave the correct info and never an acknowledgement etc. was delivered to wrong address. Why have a contact now button with no customer service only email
Terrible, I haven't been able to use the product yet. Before buying it, I asked if the product was compatible with my laptop, and they told me it was, but it wasn't.
They were supposed to send me a cable to try to make it work, but it still hasn't arrived.
It's been 9 months since I bought the product and it hasn't been used, and it's an expensive product!
Order processing took a few days. Once it was “shipped” it came quickly
Color balance is off. There is no way to adjust color. Product has a quality feel and appearance.
Picture is acceptable but not very bright.
Provided instructions are very limited.
