I have just purchased my second Xiaomi phone a Poco X3 NFC and could not be more Happy both with the speed of service and the phones that I have bought from them.

Xiaomi are awesome

Xiaomi are awesome - reliable hardware at excellent prices. The only improvement would be to have some consumer feedback process, particularly for the software that goes with the hardware.

New customer hopes to be loyal customer

I had never heard of Xiaomi until a few months ago. I wanted a new phone and was surprised at the quality of specification offered for such a reasonable price, so I bought a Mi 10T Lite 5G. Was so pleased with it that I subsequently bought a Redmi 9 for my wife and then another Redmi 9 as a gift for my sister. Mi.com offers flash sales and other promotions, with a loyalty points system. I think they have converted me from being a new customer to a repeat and loyal customer when choosing my next phone!

Redmi Note 9T. 5G is amazing. ❤️

After many years with the various iPhones , I decided to try out the android world. Initially I bought the Redmi Note 7 via Amazon and was very impressed with it. I decided to treat myself to a new phone and bought the Redmi Note 9T direct from Xiaomi UK. Ordered the phone on the evening of 8/04 and had it on the morning of 10/04. DELIGHTED with the new phone. 5G speeds are unreal and the battery lasts sooo much longer. 😀 Thx guys. X

I've been using a mi 10t lite since around Christmas time as I need a new device , I'm really surprised at the value for money 4 months in and it's still going strong
