I had ordered a cosplay back in September, the size turned out way to big, so I contacted them, to return the cosplay and to get a new one with a better sizing. They gave the okay for it and gave me a RMA Number, which I should place inside the package.
I send the return package to the Adress they gave me. I DID SEND IT WITH A TRACKING NUMBER ❗❗❗
They said they would contact me when they received the package.
They didn't contact me at all, even tho the tracking said it got delivered to them!!! I contacted them again....
I got an answer, BUT
They are LYING❗ they say they never received a package, and if I did really send it to the correct address.
But the Tracking Number proofs that it was delivered❗❗
I contacted the transport carrier via phone and they confirmed, that the package was delivered at the correct address!!
I am super angry now.
That's why I searched for reviews and found this page, and saw review where other people had the same problem.
SO DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, OR YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY ❗❗❗

Worst company i never see something like this they ruined my parcel because they dont see code on the package. And now they tell my that and wants send a 50% of my money. Never także anything from this nad company.
Super amazing cosplays and customer service. I’ve ordered four cosplays directly from their site and another three of their products from amazon. My go to website for any cosplays. Recently one of my orders was out of stock, but they gave me free express shipping to make up for the delay. Love them!
Ordered Evangelion Rei Costume 4 months ago, never received my order, opened a dispute and they even respond. Don't buy from this store they will take your money and let you whit nothing
I got a great costume,it was amazing, but too small. I tried to return and by calling the number no one answered and it took me to voicemail after the first ring. I only wanted a refund of my costume, and if they don't answer in the next five days i just wasted my money that i spent months saving up on. this was supposed to be my halloween costume and now i have nothing.
I've bought 4 costumes from them and all have been amazing! There's usually only maybe one thing wrong per costume but it's usually an easy fix since I know how to sew (like sizing is a bit baggier and I have to take it in) but otherwise they're amazing! I usually get it in a timely manner as well, and their stuff is always quality!
I've ordered Princess Zelda cosplay - the winter version from BoW and Princess Zelda's long wig. I'm very very satisfied about these products cause they're made with good materials, they fit perfectly and they are quite detailed! So I think it's really worthy!
I have ordered two cosplays from miccostumes and I don’t have any complains. Quality is fine and size is perfect. I will definitely buy more cosplays from there.
After reading tons of bad reviews, and watching a few lukewarm reviews on YouTube, I decided to give miccostumes a try anyway since their prices are relatively low. I’m happy to report that my first experience was awesome. I opted for express shipping and it got me in less than a week (I live in Austin, Tx). The costume fit me PERFECTLY (Faye Valentine costume in a large, I’m 5’7”, 150 pounds with 31” waist). I can’t speak for how it would hold up at a convention, but the quality is EXCELLENT for Halloween. Great material and pretty flattering. I plan to order again and hopefully will have the same good luck with my order!
Probably the worst experience I've had with a brand. They consistently ignore your emails and will refuse to communicate with you. I spent 80$ on a costume that never came in and i ordered it October of 2019. It's July 2020. They haven't given me a refund either, no matter how much i ask. AWFUL.
I’ve read a lot of bad reviews from this company, yet i’ve taken the risk. When i placed my order they said it would be send out on the 6th of July and arrive at the first of August. After the payment was complete the shipping status had been “processed” “shipped” and “arrived” all at the same day... Which was very suspicious and makes me a little worried, but i decided to wait for a month. After just 3 weeks my package did arrive! I’m so happy with my new awesome Ahri swimming suit, which I couldn’t find anywhere else! I would definitely buy again from Miccostumes!
I only paid for standard shipping and the item came in three weeks I was really impressed. The quality is great and they kept me informed with good tracking on the parcel.

Before the covid situation, I ordered my costume back in January of Lilith from Darkstalkers--which mind you, is almost $100 (over $94). Since then my order never arrived so I contacted them via email inquiring about the costume's whereabouts. The email I contacted goes under the name "Ching Yang", who pretty much told me to wait or get a refund. So I waited another 4 months and contacted them again about my order. They said the costume was being restocked and will be shipped out immediately. Finding it strange how my order was listed under "Processing" then immediately changed to "Shipped", then "Complete" in literally the same day in the span of a few seconds, I had a sneaking suspicion they been scamming me out of my money. Since the status change it's already been another month passed and I STILL haven't received my costume. PLEASE before you buy, read reviews of any website selling product and NEVER BUY FROM MICCOSTUMES!!!
Sceptical at first - very quickly became impressed!
I must admit, after reading the reviews on here, I was incredibly sceptical, but I took a risk. I purchased Ellen Ripley’s flight suit , from the movie ‘Alien’, because the quality in the images was exactly what I was looking for. I’d been trying to find Ripley’s flight suit for a while now, the only other one on the internet being horribly inaccurate and cheaply made which didn’t justify the price. However not only did the price on Micco Costumes attract me, it was on sale for around $40, but the aforementioned quality. It sounded too good to be true.
The wait was around 2 weeks, which was fine as I wasn’t in a rush to receive it. When it arrived it, to my surprise that it actually did arrive given the reviews on here of no-shows, to say I was blown away by the quality is an understatement. Part of me expected the suit to be of subpar quality compared to the photos, as most things often are when you buy online, and buying a jump suit that fits is very problematic. But this suit fit me perfectly, it doesn’t feel cheap quality; it actually feels like a proper suit, and the detail is fantastic - right down to the corseted back and pocket zips.
I’m so impressed with the outfit, it’s criminal that it was priced so cheaply for the fantastic quality. After many years trying to source a good quality cosplay, finally I found it here. Micco Costumes, I’m so sorry for doubting you. Thank you so much for my outfit, I love it!
