Ordered a couple Swimsuit since April…
Ordered a couple Swimsuit since April 2021, they said it's going to be shipped in May, then in June, they said delivery will be in July and would refund partial shipping fee (it never happened), then when I asked about the shipping Confirmation (July 18), they said they were waiting for the fabric, R U KIDDING ? I requested refund, and lucky, I was refunded. Because if it's not, I'll file with Paypal/my bank. Should have checked reviews first before purchase anything from this company. I have been scammed a few times with companies from the same country of this. I won't buy any from them anymore.
Poor customer service wouldn’t recommend
I had purchased a Diego cosplay from them but it was too small (I had even followed their sizing guide, which doesn’t work 🙄) I emailed them for an exchange and all was going well until I replied saying I’m happy to pay the shipping fee and I would like them to send the return address which they did not for a good number of weeks. Yesterday I emailed again to say I haven’t heard a reply from them giving me the information I needed to return the cosplay, Denise sent me a screen shot of her message to me and then saying I’m the one who didn’t reply to her, which was a total lie. Poor customer service and I will be selling the cosplay elsewhere since I quite honestly don’t trust miccostumes not to scam me if I managed to send it back.

Horrible company ordered costume and have yet to receive it no tracking or anything but they sure as heck charged the card. Trying to get ahold of them is pointless as you get no response. Never using them again

Just recieved my Briar Rose costume and WOW! I love it! I used standard shipping and it actually arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected in the UK. The costume fits perfect and is so flattering, and the materials look expensive and really well made. I am more than pleased with my purchase! Cant wait to try it all on with hair and make up x
Endless Delays in Production?
I purchased two bathing suits at the end of April, they were suppose to ship by the end of May. I emailed them two days after they were suppose to ship in May. They told me that there was a delay in production for one of the pieces I bought, the one i wanted the most. Told me it will take an extra couple weeks, beginning of June. No shipping notification, so i email AGAIN. They tell me there is still production delay, and to expect the beginning of July. It is now the 8th of July and I emailed them again, only to have them inform me that the item is delayed until the middle of July. This is unacceptable from a business, i understand a slight delay but almost a month delay from their latest delivery date just for the items to ship not for delivery (that will add another 10-15 days ) is too much. I was really excited for these items to wear for summer.
I ordered a costume on Miccostumes
I ordered a costume on Miccostumes, with the standard shipping. When I received the tracking number, of course it was Yunexpress, a company I never heard from before. The company marked my order as delivered, but nothing came out of my mailbox. Where I live, we have a buzzer, to access the apartments in the building. So logically I was waiting for that buzzer to ring, but nope, not once. Tried to contact Yunexpress multiple times, as well as Miccostume and nothing came out from them. Quite deceiving.
Great for female cosplayers but not male cosplayers
I used to really love ordering from Miccostumes and always used to recommend them. I've used them since 2016 and since then, they have gone down hill. They used to have a good range of male character costumes but now, they are far and few between. What's worst is that most of the male character costumes that they do have, are in female sizes. This is very rude and frustrating as it basically shuts out male cosplayers and can make them feel insecure. Another bad thing they do is constantly making sexy/alternative versions of a lot of the characters that they already do instead of making new characters. They've axed loads of costumes that I was going to get (mainly male characters that includes a most of their Kirito costumes). Lastly, the quality can be poor and seams do seem to burst fairly easily sometimes. Would I buy from them again? Only if there is a costume that I want and can't get better elsewhere.
DO NOT RECOMMEND
THIS IS A TERRIBLE BUSINESS. TAKE TOO LONG TO RESPOND AND THE PRODUCTS ARE AWFUL. TERRIBLE.
Customer service sucks
Customer service took forever to respond. Bought a MHA uniform, one of the buttons fell off after one con, sent in a customer support ticket to ask if I could purchase a new button and install it myself. About a week or so of back and forth messages trying to confirm whether or not I bought an item from them, finally said that the buttons couldn’t be sent individually and that since I was past my return date, they couldn’t even offer me a partial refund, which I didn’t even want in the first place. I just wanted some damn buttons. Waste of my time and effort.
Ordered a Bowsette Cosplay
Ordered a Bowsette Cosplay - bodysuit and wig. They weren't the best quality but certainly wasn't bad. Came with many accessories and was overall pretty good. The bodysuit however was on the smaller side so I'd maybe recommend ordering a size up
My order never arrived - customer service not great
My order never arrived. When I contacted them for a replacement or refund, they offered no refund and said I could purchase the same order for half the price. There was no guarantee it would be delivered again so I didn't order it again. And they still wouldn't refund me at all. Now I'm out about $100. Never ordering from them again.
Do not recommend
I do not recommend this, and it’s such a shame. They have beautiful cosplays and for such cheap prices it seems like a steal. They are scammers as much as I hate to say it, they take forever to respond, and they neglect to tell you when certain items are out of stock meaning you might not get your costume for 2 months. I spent 60$ on an Alois Trancy cosplay only to be told 3 weeks after paying for it it was out of stock. Such a shame

My package got lost during shipment (value of $150+) but Miccostumes sent me a new package! When the package arrived it became clear why the first package got lost. It was packed in a bag, not in a box, so the first package probably got lost because the bag broke. Overall good costumer service and good quality products.
Ordered 2 outfits for my daughter
Ordered 2 outfits for my daughter. Measured her up, left a bit of size and ordered her the Asian Medium. Items arrived in perfect time and fit her lovely, with a bit of space incase she gets bigger. Some of them are so detailed and she is over the moon. They are quality outfits.

This costume is amazing! The quality of fabric is great and the decorations are all sew in the fabric not glue on. It makes this costume perfect. It's really comfortable and size is good.
Amazing Miku Symphony 2017 cosplay!
Bought a Miku Symphony 2017 cosplay from here and it is absolutely stunning for the price! I understand the postage costs as it is quite a heavy package! Takes a reasonable amount of time to ship. Would definitely recommend!

I ordered my cosplay around 4 months ago but I never received it, when I contacted them about this I had never gotten a response from them. It is way past the date they said they would deliver it on.
I've had positive experiences
I have bought 2 cosplays from them (Gerudo Link and KDA Akali) Both had fast shipping and great customer service. Gerudo is kinda cheap costume fabric, but Akali is perfect and street wearable. There are sellers on other sites like Ali pretending to be MicCostumes so if you're not sure, e mail them directly to make sure where you're buying from is a recognized reseller.
