Hi Simon,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. Privacy rules prevent us from discussing individual client information but we encourage anyone with questions or concerns to reach out through our Help Center: help-center.mindbloom.com or at [email protected].
I’m so glad to hear your experience with the medicine, the app, and your guide has been so impactful—and that you’ve gotten so much out of the program.
That said, I’m truly sorry for the early challenges you faced. That’s not the experience we aim to provide. Your feedback has been shared with our team to help us improve how we communicate and support our clients.
Thank you again for your patience and persistence in sticking with the program. I’m happy to hear you’re now receiving the care we strive to deliver.
Best,
Alex Phillips
Hi Kevin,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. Privacy rules prevent us from discussing individual client information publicly, but we encourage anyone with questions or concerns to reach out through our Help Center: help-center.mindbloom.com or at [email protected].
We recognize that committing to a program upfront can raise questions, especially when exploring a new treatment. To clarify, the initial $150 covers a comprehensive clinical consultation which is required to assess medical eligibility and determine if at-home ketamine therapy is a safe and appropriate option.
Because this is a clinical service, it’s non-refundable—even if you decide not to move forward with treatment after the consultation. That said, clients who are not medically eligible for treatment do receive a full refund of all program costs. We want every client to feel fully supported in making the best decision for their care.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, we’d be happy to speak with you directly—we’re here to help.
Best,
Alex Phillips
