Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers truly praise the soft leather, excellent internal organization, and practical design of these stylish travel handbags. Many consumers appreciate the fast delivery times, helpful website navigation, and wonderful presentation boxes. Some reviewers were not happy with the product quality, mentioning that the material felt stiff or showed unexpected cracks after a very short time of use. A few other people also felt that the color did not match the online pictures or that orders arrived with missing items like shoulder straps. Despite these specific issues, buyers generally find the purses very useful for daily activities and trips.

My crossbody phone bag is the highest-quality bag I’ve purchased online — without touching and feeling it first. Holds everything I need and nothing else. Not bulky or heavy (unless you choose to weigh it down) and happily performs as advertised.

The products are well worth the price. The purse I bought is the perfect size and the feel of leather is sturdy and soft, the strap I bought for the purse is beautiful and makes the carrying of the bag so comfortable. The pattern is striking. The company is reliable and worth the wait.

I love my Minooy handbags. The quality is exceptional and the best feature is the built in wallets. Unfortunately on my last order the magnet holding the glasses pocket is too weak and is constantly dropping open while I’m wearing it.

I love this bag. I got the light beige aphrodite and the color is just right. It's a cool toned beige and the leather is good quality. I love the structure and organization of this bag. I especially love the outside pocket that can hold my readers and sunglasses, the key lanyard, and that it is RFID blocking. Thinking about getting another Aphrodite in a cool toned darker color. One thing I wish was that the metal on this bag was silver and not gold.

It is beautifully made. i sent one to my sister in law and was able to contact someone to be sure it made it to her before her trip. I love mine and even bought one for another season

The handbag arrived beautifully boxed, exactly when it was supposed to. I love the deep red color, which is precisely what I wanted. I ordered this bag for its color, a pocket for my glasses, and an outer pocket on the other side for my iPhone. The small footprint makes it easy to carry and keeps it from being heavy. Small but roomy, I can fit everything I need and more. Another reason I purchased from the Minooy company is its commitment to the environment; they plant a tree for every purchase. I am pleased with my purchase and will recommend Minooy to my friends. Thank you for a well-made, high-quality handbag at a reasonable price point.

Great quality and fast shipping ... does include a leather short and long strap which was unclear in the advertising so I purchased a strap which needs to be returned

my new Aphrodite bag is my new favourite purse? Is a small, lightweight but gives me room for everything I need… This will be my travel purse moving forward because of the RFID feature I believe this is my 5th minooy bag. And I’m sure it’s not going to be the last.

Really bad quality. Leather peels within first days of use. Not worth it.

This purse is the perfect traveling companion. It holds a passport and small credit card holder, lipstick, keys and phone. It allows for hands free and the strap is thick and wouldn’t be a choice for thieves to slice off. I take it into the city and will be taking on future trips aboard.

Didn’t love The purse. Looks cheap
Dear Customer, We are truly sorry that your recent experience did not meet your expectations. Our products are crafted from premium full-grain top-layer leather. As a natural material, each piece of leather is unique, with its own textures and characteristics. Variations or natural markings may appear, and these are not defects—they are inherent features that highlight the authenticity and quality of genuine leather. Thank you very much for your feedback. Wishing you a wonderful day!
The pocket that holds my eyewear is the reason I first ordered. It's a game-changer. Two, of several sizes, fit nicely. Love that it's the perfect size for traveling and fits in my "personal" shoulder bag under the seat. Minooy bags have really lightened my carry load and minimized the junk drawer weight I was hauling around previously. Only what needs to go ... goes. Love how buttery soft and packable this bag is.

EDIT - Following the initial review Minooy contacted me and have sent me a replacement bag in a different colour. They were very receptive to my feedback and the customer service had been superlative. Buy with confidence. Initially, I was thrilled but within weeks the bag appeared worn with very standard every day use. Contacted Minooy and they said… “You've hit on a key point - the caramel-colored leather does tend to show wear and tear more readily than some other leather types. We're actively working on this and are experimenting with new leather materials to address this issue. We're truly sorry for the wear you've experienced. Your feedback is incredibly important as we strive to improve. We're committed to solving this problem and would be delighted to send you a new bag with the upgraded leather once it's ready for testing.” They added that this would take maximum 3 months. That time has now elapsed and they haven’t replied to my latest message. A very disappointing experience when a premium price was paid.
Dear customer, Thanks for your review and we can fully understand how your feeling is. Could you please provide your order number or your name? We will contact you after we find your order. Looking forward to your reply and have a nice day! ^_^ Best Regards, Minooy Team
