Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers generally find the digital platform extremely easy to use, deeply appreciating the smooth website navigation for browsing items and quickly placing daily orders. Many people also mention that the clothing styles look attractive and the available colors are genuinely fantastic.
However, some customers also noted that the sizing charts can be quite confusing and entirely unpredictable for buyers. Some reviewers were not happy with the unusually long delivery times and missing shipping confirmations from the team. Other buyers experienced significant issues regarding poor product quality, stating items frequently do not match online promotional photos.
Ordered a Men's Quarter Zip Distressed Washed Cotton Zipper Long Sleeve Sweatshirt in a navy blue. After almost 3 weeks a shirt finally showed up. Made from some kind of slippery synthetic material with white stitching and white zipper. Nothing like the item I thought I ordered. I have not yet contacted their customer service.
This was from an add that frequently shows up in FB. I think Meta should require advertisers to divulge what country they are based in and where they ship from.
The clothing looked nice and loved the colors. Looking forward to actually getting the products in soon. This is a very long wait and does make you think twice before ordering. Especially for a gift.
Terrific, unusual looking clothing and professional customer service!
I ordered a great looking long sleeve “L” Tee shirt…it was just too tight on me…emailed Kyle at Mokaloha customer service immediately to exchange “L” for “XL”.
Kyle came up with an excellent solution quickly and professionally! He explained the simple process and I await the replacement “XL” long sleeve Tee shirt! He said donate the “L” Tee to charity!!! Will do!
Bottom line: terrific, unusual looking clothing and terrific, professional customer service!!!
ABSOLUTE GARBAGE AND A RIPOFF WEBSITE!
I ordered tshirts and shorts from Mokaloha.
The tshirts have a caustic, chemical smell that cannot be removed. I'm not sure if it's the dye they use or the process used to give them the worn/distressed look. I've soaked them for 48 hours in a half bottle if Gain scent booster, I've hung them outside for two weeks, I've tried baking soda in the. washer water and NOTHING removes
the nauseating stench.
I ordered two pair of shorts. On their website the show models wearing the shorts which stop a few inches ABOVE the knee. The shorts I received went down half way between my knees and ankles!
I requested information on how to return just the shorts. Their reply was an offer to refund 20% of the purchase price! Their website states refunds will be given up to 30 after delivery date. My request to return was well within the 30 day windows. I will be contacting my CC issuer to investigate Mokaloha for CREDIT CARD FRAUD.
You have been warned.
I ordered three polo shirts and two were what I ordered, but the lavender shirt was a polyester shirt I didn’t order. I wanted the cotton polo shirt.
Very disappointing!
Nice selection of colors. They need to work out using a coupon code instead of the mandatory discount for additional items, since it is currently not possible to use the discount you wish.
Product does not remotely resemble the advertisement. Material looks like it is used as a "Star Trek" outfit for Captain Kirk. Horrible quality. They have offered a 20% refund-This is their refund policy according to customer service rep "Kyle" from Wuhan. ... Mokaloha is definitely a front for a Chinese company. Do not-Repeat do not order from these scumbags
Interesting products…way too expensive…shipping should be free at these prices!!
Everything says up to 50% off…means nothing!
They send discount codes constantly-this time MS20, 20% off!!!
