My husband loves the style of shirts offered. This is our 2nd order. Only complaint is the long delivery time.

Bad web site design

I thought your website was a little confusing when I was checking out I noticed that my item was the wrong color and it was impossible to change that so I had to start all over start all over. I am now getting emails saying to come back and finish my order and I can't figure out how to cancel that order.

It was almost impossible to check out. No usual steps.

Stay away from this company

Poor quality product that they try and charge you to return. Sizing charts not accurate. Stay away from them.

I was supposed to be able to use a…

I was supposed to be able to use a discount code and was promised that it would show up at checkout which it didn’t and had to pay full price. Bait and switch for sure and I’ll let others know about this. Really sleazy.

Bought 3 pair of shorts

Bought 3 pair of shorts. They were very poorly made, the sizes were not accurate, and they took nearly a month to attive. . The other issue that’s makes this company and it products the worst is their return policy (which is hard to find BTW) The buyer is responsible for return shipping to China. The customer service response time is terrible and unsatisfactory. Do yourself a favor and avoid these scam artists at all costs.

The credit card we use daily

The credit card we use daily, the bank that has over $190,000 in it was rejected three times by your company. First time ever. To buy the item I had to use another card we keep as JIC, it was used only for the second time. I called the card company and there is no problem with my card, in fact I just came back from the dry cleaners and gas station without a problem. Hence, I will probably never use your company again.

THE PRODUCT LOOKS GREAT BUT THE DISCOUNT WAS A LITTLE MISLEADING, AT A FIRST GLANCE IT LOOKS LIKE BUY 3 GET 20% DISCOUNT AND WHEN YOU BUY YOU REALIZE THERE IS 20% DISCOUNT ONLY FOR THE 3 RD ITEM. I KIND OF FELT CHEATED.

Deceitful and Dishonest Merchant

Terrible experience - order took two months to arrive. After one month I asked for a refund and to cancel the order. They refused, and eventually offered me a 30% refund because I had opened a case with paypal (my payment method). Eventually the items showed up and the case was closed, so now I am stuck with three items that are horrible quality, look nothing like what was on the website and arrived so late that I no longer needed them anyway. I would try to return them, but I know I will not get my money back. Very deceitful and dishonest company.

Garbage

Garbage, completely polyester, stitching is crooked and cheap. My lesson for buying and giving them my money.

Bought two shirts

Bought two shirts, one polo was made so inferior it was laughable. The service department would not let me return shirt unless I took a picture of it and explain why I did not like it. Would have to return at my own expense. Poor quality, poor service, sham company. Don’t waste your money on there products.
