Lenses were packaged separately and cleanly. Such a fun take on a green. Green and pink are my favorite color duo so I was so pleased! Still subtle enough for everyday.

I placed an order with MoodyLenses and unfortunately never received it, despite the tracking showing it as delivered.
What has been most frustrating is not the missing parcel itself, but the way the situation has been handled. I was repeatedly instructed to contact Royal Mail and obtain a non-receipt confirmation before MoodyLenses would investigate further. However, Royal Mail's own guidance indicates that the sender is normally responsible for initiating investigations into missing parcels.
Despite explaining this multiple times and making repeated attempts to contact Royal Mail myself, I kept receiving essentially the same response from customer service asking me to obtain documentation that I was unable to get.
The parcel remains missing, and weeks later I am still stuck between the retailer and the carrier, with neither side taking ownership of the issue. As a customer, I should not have to act as the intermediary between the seller and their shipping provider.
Communication was polite throughout, but the process felt repetitive and unhelpful, with little effort made to move the case forward. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to order from MoodyLenses again.

I usually never write reviews but this time I really need to.
First of all I got the wrong order, some of my items are missing and some got replaced, I contacted them and hopefully I will get a response quickly.
The other thing, I've been looking for a weighted highlighting lens for a while now so I was excited when I found out about the glowylock from Moodylens. I actually ordered 4 packs of the dailies glowylock gris Meyer.
I'm an avid user of colored contact lenses so I checked the diameter, BC, GD etc before ordering and everything seemed to be fine. The values of the glowylock lenses were something I was already used to from Olens. However, when I tried the dailies on I was SO disappointed!
A few things: they shift. When I close and open my eyes it goes up? It doesn't stick to my eye. It slides when I close my eyes and the corner of my eyes are blurry. Also these are very soft which is usually a good thing but these are so difficult to get off. Goodluck using the tools they sent you and even more goodluck if you have long nails!

I love moodylenses and always recommend their silicone hydrogel lenses to people on social media. I even cancelled my prescription with my other contact lenses provider. Shipping has always been fast for me and arrived under 2 weeks.
Recently I had an issue with one of the pairs of lenses, and the whatsapp customer service team were very friendly. They promptly helped resolve the issue and sent a replacement. I will absolutely continue to be using their products, and looking forward to new releases :)
