Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Consumers frequently highlight that the support staff is extremely helpful, kind, and always ready to assist promptly with any request. People deeply appreciate the speedy replies, efficient service delivery, and overall smooth experience when topping up. However, some people mentioned that payment verification processes can take an excessively long time and cause unexpected frustrations. Some reviewers were not happy with long queuing times, slow response rates, and unhelpful communication when trying to resolve urgent account issues. A few customers also expressed concerns about unexpected security alerts and delayed refunds following transaction errors.

But my experiece on purchasing and receiving diamonds is very disappointing. your system was super slow and now almost 30 mins since my order placed but still haven't received diamonds. i used to purchased with seagame and received product in a few minutes only. I do not think will use your service anymore unless the process can be improved. thank you.
"Jordan was helpful and assisted me with my issue, but his language wasn't respectful. Thanks to him again
There was a problem with submitting and there was a big delay my documents so I had to cancel my order, however customer support Angie was very nice and helped me through it
Good help but I hope we can get upi and paytm payment methods are back
Very slow when you purchasing binance gift card you have to waiting 2-3 days, please make a faster, thank you
I was served by Louie who did not listen to my thoughts, is not flexible, and all about following the system, she should be called a messenger instead of support team. wasted almost 30mins of my time. (1 star service) Crimson in the other hand, understood my points and came in to resolve the issue in seconds. (5 star service)
They said that the Binance cards I should get it within 72hr , but they was not right . But when I tried order an individual cards 50$ and less they came immediately
Stay away from this scammers i have top-up my moogold wallet via moogold gift card instantly then I place order for binance giftcard and it have been 3days I haven’t received any updates when I call them via chat they said it’s out of stock and we can only refund through wallet this is absolutely ridiculous Scammers stay away from them #Update for honest they provide me giftcard after 4 days
This site I will rate it as the cheapest topup website I ever used. Sometimes things were difficult if you use payment via visa card by fraud team. Thanks to one of their agent Wsy which he/she guide me throughout my difficulties.
hlo Eudora thanks for your support I am happy and a little sad because i still haven't received my order but as you said it will be delivered shortly again thanks.
fast help, very polite and kind.
With the customer service
Despite how well I had done so far with this site, I faced the problem of identity verification, honestly it is too slow a process, however Wsy and crimson were very helpful to me despite my bad mood.
For sometime the price is very expensive in mlbb and sometime other is good but the delivery thing is like nitro or pass in cr can be delay but thanks you . My suggestion is trying to lower the price in mlbb global
Don't buy anything from this site . This site is safe but if you use any new card for this site .. they can hold your transaction for more than 1-3 days ... It's kind of harrasment. They said 24 hours after submission of documents as a proof of the card . I have submitted the card proof with all documents 24 hours passed still no response and they told me to submit again .. worst for a business. Also their prices are up again almost 10% up . And this kind of support I am getting. Think twice before choose mg as a partner.
The live chat give fast reply and very helpful, thanks to Wsy for helping me out!
Very nice customer service..
