Order #6816281 due to a payment issue, it is pending payment. Although we have duly paid 200 usd. Two days passed but failed to provide any solution. I have been making purchases in moogold for several years. This is the first time that such a problem has been faced. Along with that problem, my trust in moogold was also broken. Every time I inform about this, they say "Once done, you will receive notification on your order status and email", but the problem is not resolved. I am still asking you to resolve this issue and reaffirm my faith. Then again I can send a good feedback with relevant details. The names of the cs who handled me are given below. the identity verification. understand you want to make sure the charge is not a fraud charge, since it affects your bottom line. this was the second i had to do an identity verification, first one took 5 hrs for my items to be delivered. this second one its been over 26hrs and i have not received my purchase. need to make a change on how you verify to make it quicker. When my purchases dont require a verification, within minutes i get my items, which is great! But this last experience has been very unpleasant dont have a time on when ill receive my items and missed the window on when i needed my items for my game. So if you need your purchase items quick , make the purchase ingame or other places.

Order Number #5433138. Been 3 weeks since my payment went through but was not recharged. Was given promise by their slow CS (some of them) over and over again. But till now, no value added back in my wallet despite them stating that it is refunded. CS jordan (worst agent met, replies slow, rude as well), louie (friendly), rico (replies fast) <- all told me to wait for updates. Update: refreshed a few more times on the agent chat, got Amon, and refund was instant. Cheers to him!
