People frequently praise the exceptional quality of the items, noting that toys, backpacks, and feeding products are completely safe, durable, well-crafted, and adored by children. Consumers consistently appreciate the user-friendly website, beautiful colors, and overall smooth ordering process from start to finish.
However, some people mentioned that delivery times were sometimes much slower than expected. Buyers also noted problems like damaged packaging upon arrival and disappointing personalization details on custom engraved items. Despite these occasional shipping and presentation flaws, shoppers remain generally happy with their overall purchases.
Cute set and very usefull
The baby can handle the cup himself
Very good
Would like that the silicone wouldn't catch so many smells from food or detergent

Dear Customer,
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback! We’re delighted to hear that you find the set cute and useful, and especially happy that your little one can hold and use the cup independently.
Regarding the smell you mentioned, silicone can sometimes retain stronger food aromas or fragrances from dishwashing detergent, especially after contact with oily foods or strongly scented cleaning products. This is related to the nature of silicone material and does not affect the normal use of the product.
To help reduce any lingering odors, we recommend washing the items with a mild, fragrance-free detergent and rinsing them thoroughly with clean water. You can also soak them in warm water with a little baking soda, then rinse well and allow them to air dry completely. This can be especially helpful for removing stronger food or detergent smells.
We hope these tips help make your experience even better. Thank you again for choosing Moonkie and for sharing your experience with us.
Warm regards,

The quality of the products is really good. My baby love the tiny spoon the most of everyone we tried. The suction on the bowl is amazing.
And I love the colours of the products.
Great quality products. Efficient service. It was worth the slightly longer wait time to receive my order. Their delivery company to the UK was excellent, calling me when they were unable to gain entry into my apartment block. All in all and excellent experience. Thank you Moonkie....I will be ordering again.

Lovely products. But delivery was terrible. Items were a gift and arrived with broken packaging and dirty. A real shame.
