It was frustrating that the 10% discount code that was offered was not accepted when it came to payment . But I had decided I wanted to purchase the earrings as a gift so have proceeded despite not receiving the discount I expected . Not sure I would do the same again .

Have made multiple purchases from moon magic and can say they are great. The quality of their jewelry is really nice and the shipping is reliable and fast.
I'd say the only thing that would make it better would be better coupons with better discounts , and afterpay being made available for New Zealand customers.

Was sent a 15% discount for my first order and wasn't able to use it because Moon Magic said the discount did not apply to the items I purchased. If you are supposed to get 15% off your 1st order then you should be able to.

I order the La Reina moonstone ring and it came in about a week. When I opened the box, the ring was in a plastic bag outside of the container. Part of the magic is opening the velvet ring container to see the ring. I felt upset that the ring was not in the ring container and in tiny a plastic bag that was inside another tiny plastic bag. I also did not care for the new paper ring boxes either as I enjoy the velvet ring containers. Once I got over this and out my ring on, it really is beautiful. The moon stone has a nice flash and the ring itself it very dainty and lightweight.
