11/09/2024 I have ordered earrings for 300€ and did not notice that delivery time was 8-16 working days.
A few days later 18/09/2024 I started panicking due to lack of any updates from MM, order’s status was not changing. So I contacted them by email and discovered that they produce jewellery in India -> transport to US warehouse -> send worldwide. Anyway, due to my mistake of not noticing the 8-16 w.d. delivery terms I have missed my girlfriend’s birthday.
19/09/2024 I requested a return/refund and MM said that their policy doesn’t allow to stop the already started shipping. However, head of the customer service - Seda contacted me and did trully everything to match my expectations.
27/09/2024 I have received my 300€ back. It took some time, but hands down Seda saved my situation and managed to stop shipping and proceeded with refund.
Summarizing, I have seen hundreds of „MM are scammers” posts on the internet, but there is really nothing I can comply about from my experiance with them. Maybe, their internal procedure methods makes them look suspicious by rarely providing customers with an updates, but raw fact is that I have received a refund and that’s the most important.

I’ve purchased 12 rings (some are bundles) and two sets of earrings over the past 4 years and 30% of those rings have broken / lost stones within the first 6-12 months. My Lola ring broke, got offered a similar item at 50% off. Then I bought a bundle of three rings and the middle stone fell out the circling band, they sent a replacement… one month later the middle stone fell out the replacement! I then brought the Radiance ring, 6 months later it’s buckled, lost its moonstone and snapped a prong all from putting a hoody on.
Some of my rings are 3/4 years old and still perfect but to have 4 break is ridiculous and shows a lack of quality control. I don’t sleep in them, wash up or shower in them and I work from home on a computer. So it’s not like they get knocked about.
I’m really disappointed as I love the styles but I just can’t accept that 30% of my purchases fall apart within such a short timeframe.
I’ve emailed them to notify them of yet another break but I’m sure they will do the usual nonsense of offering a discount. It’s such a shame because I like the jewellery they sell. But I would warn others of buying because I shouldn’t have spent more money on sub par items after the first dud piece.
*EDIT * Seda from customer service emailed me back promptly, mentioning that they had seen this review and they offered to replace my Radiance ring or exchange for another item of the same value (or more if I pay the difference) I went for a sturdier looking set! Seda was brilliant and swiftly resolved my issue, I would give her 5 stars for customer service!

This is the second order I have placed with Moon Magic in the last 3 months.
The first one was for a bracelet; I was disappointed with the stone's quality; it did not even come close to the vibrant colours shown on the website, but the wife was happy, so I decided to keep it.
The second order was for a per of opal earnings; delivery from the US to the UK was quick. The package arrived in a poor state; the pink box looked like it had been lying on the floor for days, and somebody had played football with it. Then, onto the opal itself, 0 / 10 for the quality. It has to be some of the poorest quality opal I have ever seen or bought. Nothing like the picture at all, it was a gift for the wife after looking after me as I have just had surgery. Again, she loves them, so I'm going to keep them, but if I had not shown them to the wife, they would be going back.
Then, onto the most significant issue: they boast 23,000 5* reviews on the website. I created a not-so-good review of the earnings and guess what? It was never posted. It seems they do a review of the posts, and unless it is positive and a high 4/5 star, it does not get posted on the site.
This is a company I can no longer trust and want to do business with again.

Moon magic offers really affordable rings and I love mine!
The reason for 3 stars is because when they make bigger rings, they do not widen the band. This has meant that my engagmnent ring has bent out of shape because it so thin.
The stones are also smaller than how they appear on the website picture.

The shipping was originally 20 dollars to Australia my purchase order was 241.00 I put in the discount code magic10 to save 10% which was 24.00 savings and the site changed my delivery to 40 bucks.

My wedding ring is from moon magic and sadly on the day of my 1st anniversary the stone fell out and was lost. Moon magic said that after 4 months this is considered normal and there is nothing they can do. This is quite disappointing for a £200 ring. It was an absolutely beautiful ring but just not made to last.
I still have not had a response from the moon magic team, I included my order number in both of my emails. It’s very disappointing as the jewellery really is beautiful, I just wish it was made to last

I ordered the Myth Moontstone chain necklace and although the pendant is absolutely stunning the chain broke after wearing the necklace for the first time. Customer service was super responsive and immediately sent a replacement however the replacement necklace has a shotty clapse that has come undone FOUR times while wearing it. I reached out again hoping for further assistance but their response is that because the clasp appears to be functioning in the video I sent that they cannot do anything to help. I reiterated that it's sort of impossible to see the faulty clasp in the video but the looseness of the clasp can definitely be 'felt' and is more visible in person. Even more unfortunately the pendant fell off and hit the ground during one of the times it came undone and chipped. At the end of the day I'm left with two broken necklaces because it's safe to say I'm not going to bother trying to wear the necklace again after having it fall off four times while wearing it.
I wanted to love this piece and the company and planned on purchasing gifts for my best friends but since they don't feel inclined to replace a $170 necklace that is compromised and no fault of my own, I'm just left super dissatisfied and offended.
